Bingo winnings!
Laura A.

The hall is run by volunteers, so every night is a little different. They have a bingo hotline to call to see if it is cancelled due to weather. They do not sell food, but allow you to bring your own. They do a soda vending machine and a dauber vending machine.

It's was nice I mean the setup but where I sat which was closer to the door was very noisy and talkative. I'm a bingo player frfr I play all over I came there from Arkansas I had a friend in the hospital near by. I wasn't relaxing as I expected it to be. I'm usually never in a hurry to leave bingo. They play pulltabs and those are my favorite maybe I'll visit again if I'm in the area. Not expensive either

This review is for the casino only. It had been years since I'd gambled here. Even though I fly…read morein and out of STL anytime I go to see family in Illinois, if we go to the casino, we go to the one out closer to the airport. But this trip we were staying at the casino for my birthday! As a Caesars rewards Diamond Plus member I get great perks for free rooms and free play. While at the casino for three days/nights in a row I mainly played blackjack and craps with my family and friends. Then Bre found me at the baccarat tables in the high limits room. I had already made fast friends with the best dealer, Joseph. He found my baccarat strategy reckless! Mainly because I would not pay attention to the board or trends. I only wanted to bet Banker! We had the best time and I'm so glad he was working the three nights we were there. We had the best time. The slots are tight. The casino is small. The food options are limited. If you want breakfast, you have to leave the casino to find an egg! But if you're like me and love to gamble and have the best time, win or lose, this is a great option for gambling fun!!!

Not sure why there are 2 listings for the same property but...I stumbled across Horseshoe Chicago…read morecompletely by surprise. I was taking an Uber from the airport to my hotel at the Hyatt at the Arch and saw the Horseshoe. I had no idea there was a Caesars property right here. I had originally planned to visit Horseshoe on the IL IN border, while I was in Chicago to use some of my F&B, but I ended up liking Chicago so much that I never made it there. So discovering this property was a very pleasant surprise. I was warned by both the concierge and some locals not to walk over. It's an easy, flat 10-minute walk, but apparently the area away from the stadium can be a little sketchy. So I decided to Uber over instead. I was expecting the worst and, honestly, was surprised by how nice the property was. The casino floor obviously isn't Vegas-sized, which is what I'm used to, but it is still a pretty good-sized casino. More importantly, it was clean, updated, and really pleasant. Definitely much nicer than I was expecting. WOW! I also liked some of the little perks. Drinks at the bar were only $4.50, typical ree coffee and soda at the dispensers. The property is attached to the Four Seasons, and I was even able to use a comp at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant. (Definitely overpriced, but hey, a comp is a comp!) I also checked out the pool deck. With the muggy, hot July weather, I was surprised it wasn't busier because it's actually a beautiful space. Even if you don't use the pool, it's worth checking out. Overall, I would absolutely return. In fact, I'd consider staying here next time, assuming the rooms are not the typical rundown Caesars property rooms or if I can get a good deal at the Four Seasons, which is always top-notch. One thing I still don't understand is why Four Seasons would have a property connected to Harrah's/Caesars, but that's a question for another day!

I got an order of their "world famous chicken strips" and was pleased to see that they do it with grilled. Hooray! And with the Syberg's Famous Wing Sauce, they were absolutely delicious and there was nothing left when my friends arrived oops. It's an Irish themed restaurant, so I did Guinness (which was very good) and the corned beef with cabbage (and extra cabbage instead of potatoes). My friends enjoyed their fried chicken salad and pizza. And the pizza looked tremendous. We were here for nearly two hours, well cared for by our waiter who cut the check up properly, ensured that dirty dishes were removed and refilled iced tea as needed. Great service! Fabulous food, too. This was a delicious meal and we all had a great evening. Five stars for Helen Fitzgeralds! [Review 1088 of 2026 - 582 in Missouri - 26267 overall]

Inside, there are lots of large screens to watch a game and a stage with several seating areas. This is also a patio out front that faces the parking lot. There were gluten-free drink options, including wine and cider in the happy hour selections. I had a glass of wine. There were also cocktails. Lots of drink options overall. Our table ordered several appetizers to share for the table. They came out hot and looked/smelled good (not gluten-free so I couldn't try them). For early afternoon, it was fairly loud and a bit difficult to talk. The service was really slow this visit, unfortunately.

We were able to get a table on the patio where there's live music. Unfortunately, there wasn't anyone playing while we were there. There had been music earlier and there would be some later, but not in the time we were there. Maybe next time! Our server was Anya and she was great! We placed drink orders and then had the tough choice of deciding what we were going to eat. We decided to start with the Alligator Sausage & Shrimp Cheesecake. Sounds weird, but it's delicious! It is in no way a traditional cheesecake. I've added a photo of it, but it was after I had already cut it up. It comes out looking like a piece of pie. I looked at the menu and went to my fave - Shrimp Voodoo Tacos. They were so good! It came with a "side" of Jambalaya. The side was a full dinner portion! In fact, I was so full, I brought the whole serving home and my husband had it for dinner and it filled him up. He got the Fried Oysters. It's a great place for people watching. The last time we were there, a woman walked in with a birdcage and bird. You don't see that every day in a restaurant! The place is just good food, good drinks, and good vibes. We'll definitely be back!
