It's been said that "Nobody builds a road like Bill does" and now I can see exactly why! Need rock? Need a road or access way? Need a bid? TRUST the Brownings - they've earned it! I'm torn by this review because the installation of the product was professional and it turned out beautifully. It did take quite awhile for them to come to install, but that was understandable due to the high volume of need in my area. The problem I have with the business is that I sent several remnants of carpet with them to have rugs made for my home, and it has been 8 months and I have not gotten the rugs. I have made several calls to the business and was assured that progress was being made. The business has never contacted me in the 8 months. I even left a message asking them just to let me know if the remnants had been lost and there was no reply. The carpet was very expensive and had I known this would be the situation I would have gone with the company I originally purchased the carpet from. This is unfortunate as I really enjoyed working with Matt and his crew.

The original bid was 16,000$ for demo old flooring, subfloor, snap together plank flooring, and base. This business charges more than they should and this is unscrupulou!. Bad Business!!!

I wanted to take a moment to recap my recent interaction with your business, as I believe it's…read moreimportant to accurately outline what transpired. On July 30th, I sent an email inquiry requesting a price quote and provided a clear list of the items I needed. I received a response from Travis, who stated: "Most all the materials on your list i have to order and i'm waiting for a call back on a few of the items from the supplier, i most likely will have this quote rdy for you monday." Based on this, I reasonably expected to receive the quote by Monday. When Thursday arrived and I still had not heard back, I followed up, assuming the request may have been forgotten. I also inquired if I could speak with someone else, such as an owner, to help move things along. Instead of a professional response, Travis--sounding irritated--replied, "How about you come down to the store, bud." This comment felt unnecessarily confrontational. I replied asking why it was necessary to come to the store in person when I had already provided the list by email and simply needed a quote. His response was dismissive, stating he would "get to it when he can," which gave me the impression that my request was not important. At that point, I informed him not to bother, as it was clear he did not want to assist me and that I would take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, rather than ending the matter there, Travis continued sending additional emails, including irrelevant commentary and even correcting a minor typo in my email in what appeared to be an unprofessional attempt to mock me. The final message I received from him read: "I am just as appalled and dumbfounded at your actions and responses. Again, sorry I couldn't help you and good luck." To which I replied, "You are correct on the dumb part," clarifying my disagreement with his characterization, not calling anyone "dumb." His final response was, "Lol another keyboard warrior." This entire experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I am genuinely surprised that this type of behavior is tolerated within your business. I intend to share this experience with others, both locally and online, as I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as I truly believe this reflects poorly on your business and could be addressed with proper training or oversight.
