Love Bandit! The food was soooo yummy, especially the mozzarella sticks! We sat outside and had a great time. The employees were really nice, and I'll definitely be checking this place out again at night!

Came for a quick bite and sat at the bar. Great service. They had a shot wheel which was a fun surprise. Tried the sliders, well prepared version of an old school style burger. Crispy edges on the meat was nice. They also have a reward program which sounded great as it included many local restaurants

I love Bandit! Great location in the west loop. I love the atmosphere. It has 2 levels with the top level that can turn into a club during the weekend. My favorite part of bandit is the bathrooms which are decorated with pictures of Britney Spears plastered all over and also Justin Timberlake. There is also one that has the spice girls but I have not seen that one yet. It's awesome they have $10 well drinks and a shot wheel you can spin and which ever shot you land on the bartender will make for you for just $5. I've also come here for brunch during the weekend when they have $35 bottomless mimosas. The best bartender there is Nate! He is so attentive and nice. I can't wait to go back to Bandit!

We came here for brunch. I got the steak and eggs which I thought was decent. I also got the cheesy potato hash on the side, and that was so much better. My friend didn't love his chicken and waffles, he said it tasted too sweet. We all got the strawberry yum yum pitcher to share but ended up being so disappointed because the pitcher was half ice. It really only filled up 1.5 glasses of actual drink. I'm glad we got outdoor patio seating because it was a vibe. I made a reservation for 11:30am on Sunday thinking it would be packed but it wasn't busy at all. Service was friendly and attentive.

What a nice little find. I would be a regular if I lived in the area. Cool vibes, great drinks, solid snacks if you're game, great staff, and great prices.

Stopped in for happy hour on a Friday! We had reservations, which was clutch because it was busy. We ordered a round of margs which weren't great so we switched for $4 miller high life's and got beer coozies with our cans! We also ordered the chicken sliders off the happy hour menu and then the loaded fries and cookie skillet. All items were delicious! Would have em all again. Service was pretty good for how busy it was, but it can take a while to order your next round.

From 90s hits to elevated bar food and a great patio, Bandit is a great spot to wind down after work or celebrate a weekend! We stopped by around 5pm during the week and it wasn't difficult to snag a spot. It's very festive inside and the patio is super nice, so this would be a great place to head to on a nice day. They have an excellent happy hour menu with drinks and appetizers nearly half off, which are pretty sizable. To drink, I opted for the rosé- it was ok, but I wouldn't order this again. We split the Nashville hot chicken tenders and the Lyra hummus. The chicken was super crispy with a delicious and slightly sweet yet spicy sauce. They were served with pancakes and cole slaw- all put together, the dish was an interesting twist on the classic chicken and waffles. The hummus was a bit watery, but the olive oil was of very good quality and I enjoyed the variety of crudites. The pita chips were freshly fried and extra crispy, but I think regular pita would've been nice to make it a bit more filling. Overall, I thought the portions were a good value for HH and enjoyed the vibe after a workday. Will be keeping this spot on the radar and am looking forward to trying more of the menu!

Went here for brunch and loved it! The food was awesome and the staff is super friendly. We had a large group and they were super accommodating so we appreciate that. Definitely check it out if you are in the area and would like some food and drinks.

Came to Bandit with my cousins for my very first Chicago Restaurant Week and I loved it! The service was amazing, very attentive the moment I walked in, our server was sweet and even helped us save money by signing up for their rewards program, the food came out fast and it was delicious too! I had the southwest salad with the fries & brownie, and the Shady Lady cocktail, for $45 it was pretty worth it. I loved the decor in the bathroom too, every Justin Timberlakes fan dreams lol. Will definitely be back!

Came here for liquid brunch with my baby sis on a Sunday and had a great experience. The food was pretty good the steak was extremely tender, the fries were crispy, and the hot chicken was good as well (wish the portion was a bit bigger). Now the best part: BOTTOMLESS MIMOSAS The drinks were opaque -- basically wine with a splash of juice. My sister and I definitely had a time. Service was great and very attentive, and the location had a super chill vibe. We'll definitely be back.

Went here for brunch with friends on a weekend and would definitely agree with the majority of the comments- drinks were fantastic, food was average. The service was fantastic in making sure that the bottom of your mimosa glass was never seen! I ordered the chicken and waffles for brunch and felt there wasn't too much chicken meat. The waffles were a bit dry, too. The prices for everything were very decent for the area, especially with how quickly they refill your mimosas. It's a great atmosphere to hang out with friends and enjoy some music. The staff is friendly and not too pushy to get you in and out, even on busy weekend times. Would definitely recommend making a reservation if you're planning on attending during major brunch hours.

Came for brunch. Anthony gave excellent service. Had the breakfast burrito and the chicken and waffles. Food was good, place is a little gritty looking but was a good experience overall. Large portions. Cute neighborhood!

Favorite dipping sauce included the pimento mayo, chimichurri, and garlic butter. The cheese fondue is quite rich and the bread is quite filling so maybe get as much cheese as you can on each piece of bread. The chocolate fondue, I think is actually the best course as the Belgium chocolate melts so well and has a decadent but not overly sweet flavor. It pairs well with all that is provided for dipping, which includes poundcake, rice Krispies, strawberries. They also have some liquor that they light on fire at first so you can roast the marshmallows. It is such a well thought out experience. The truffle-parmesan fries: We couldn't tell if they were too salty or just salty enough, but somehow we couldn't stop eating them! I ordered the baby wedge salad with chicken, and while the chicken looked small at first, it ended up being a large enough portion to last the salad. We were glad to get a seat out on the patio on a lovely Tuesday evening after having spent time at the Zoo just a short walk away. The patio is lovely, two servers handling the large space extremely well. There were some things we had that were standouts, and others that were just fine. The half chicken was excellent, cooked perfectly and rubbed with delicious warming spices, the potatoes and pickled veggies the perfect counterbalance. Similar idea to the dish at Armitage Alehouse, but better seasoned and a lot lighter. The steamed mussels rivaled those of Armitage as well at a fraction of the cost. Very different broth, but the mussels themselves were excellent. We were also really impressed with the tuna tartare, an excellent blend of flavors and textures we could have had seconds on. The crispy shrimp rolls were a slight miss, largely because the shrimp were finely chopped, rather than sliced chunks. You ended up getting more the essence of shrimp than shrimp itself. We also felt the skillet cookie was just fun, no better or worse than we've had at places like Crosby Kitchen. Overall, a really good meal that scrapes being really great at times, and does it at affordable prices with friendly, attentive service.

Not a problem since I was dining with my husband, but I would have preferred my own salad if I was with a less familiar party. The silverware and dishes were works of art in and of themselves, but our table was scratched up considerably. My dessert was presented very creatively - although my husband's was much more straightforward. Dessert was an optional add-in, so a separate bill was brought out for this at the end. PARKING Parking on Halsted on a Saturday night can be a nightmare, and it did take a minute to find street parking. North of the 1800 block is busier because there are several restaurants within a two block radius. Side streets are permit parking after 6pm. Meters on Halsted are $2.50/hr. ATMOSPHERE Willow Room was pretty packed. We had a reservation for 8:15pm and my party of two was seated right away. The restaurant features a full bar, dim lighting and is nice and roomy. They have banquette seating around the perimeter, in addition to tables in the middle. SERVICE Our server, who was very nice and accommodating during our dining experience, came by and gave us our menu's. I had already decided on the RW menu and after review, my friend was interested in the Beef Wellington (not on RW menu). Our server informed us that normally the whole table had to order off of the RW menu if one person does, but said she would check with the kitchen since this was the last day of RW. Luckily, we were able to proceed with ordering from different menu's. FOOD I ordered a raspberry Cosmopolitan. I'm a Riesling/Moscato girlie, but I tasted the Riesling and didn't like it. RW dinner was priced at $60. I ordered: First Course: Caesar Salad (Typical salad, was good) Second Course: Mussels (Tasted fine, came with a baguette) Third Course: Short Rib (Could've been slightly more tender and better seasoned. I've definitely had better. Wouldn't order again.) Fourth Course: Orange Ricotta Donuts (Donuts were very good. Three were served, a few more would have been more filling.) My friend ordered a glass of Pinot Noir and: Truffle Fries (Fries were very tasty. I would order again if I went back.) Beef Wellington (The breading was buttery and very good. The beef could've been more seasoned. I wouldn't order.) Key Lime Pie (Was not sweet and had no taste. When our server came back and saw it was uneaten, she offered to take it off the bill. It should be removed from the menu altogether.) The busboys and server were very attentive. Our water glasses were always filled. OVERALL The atmosphere was nice, our server was great. Of all the food we ordered, I would order the truffle fries and Cosmopolitan again. I did leave full and did take my leftover Short Rib to go. Main dishes needed more seasoning.
