I can't stay anything bad about this doctor office…read more From bedside manners to being just nice all the way around. I've seen a lot of different doctors over time and this one has got to be hands down the best ever! I'm not just being bias cause he is my doctor. But he is great stuff!! I spent 14 years of my life taking more medication as a child and teen than most elderly people take. That being said I will tell you why I love my doctor, Dr. Patterson. I am down to one, just one regular medication and she has even lowered the dose, and may even lower it again. Not only that but my Asthma is better than it has ever been. I might get a flare up once a year now. I drive several miles out of my way to see Dr. Patterson. There is a Baylor Center just five minutes from my apartment, but they have the same terrible doctors as the location on Clara Barton. I probably would have written off the entire Baylor system if it were for my doctor here. It's so refreshing to have a doctor who is not a glorified pill pusher. Also there only two docs here, Caudill, and Patterson. It's really a nice small practice, though it is tucked away in a weird industrial complex.

Don't waste people's time (and even older people CAN have their time wasted) and don't insult people. The scheduler kept saying the practice doesn't take new Medicare patients. I repeatedly said I have private insurance, not Medicare. I understand code for ageism. I worked in a medical field. So here's a heads up. There's also no point of a questionnaire asking if we would like the dr to pray with us when she just storms out. The desk people didn't even want to reschedule. Dr. Liu didn't even want to check my symptoms. I made her check my bloodwork so it won't be a waste of a visit. Even though i vomited and had stomach pains. And they didnt contact back about the results until a week later when the results been out online. Told me i have to come in asap for slightly off number by one or two without telling me the risk of the off number. I have to set another appt for her to explain? Hah. Seems like they care more about gathering money per visit than their actual patients. Not everybody have insurance covering everything. It gets costly. I can't afford appt just for her to recommend people or talk about which number is one number over. Would i come back? No thanks. During visit she also told me she will prescribe me meds and if I want refills just call in. But when I needed refills and called in she refused to give refills and wanted me to come in for her to write it herself.

If I was informed prior to the day before my appointment that I needed to fill out the paperwork by 5 pm then that would have been different.
