Dr. Kwon has a lovely personality, but the two of us are both talkers. No more requested followups, stick to business. She types away during the whole visit, and you get coded for everything. My $25 copay turned into a $300 bill for a 20 minute simple visit. She asked me questions and instigated the tangents. Congrats Dr. Kwon for your excellent upcoding skills and the bonus you are in line for. When you visit, stick to topic or she will stick you for the bill. Unless you are over your OOP, in which case go for it.

I understand that providers retire and circumstances change, but patients deserve to be informed about significant changes that affect their appointments and care.
