I called and asked for a manager, and his best explanation of why they didn't call me was " I have no idea why I didn't see the message" I had some work done and they needed to come back and finish the job. I waited a couple of weeks.... Nothing. No call no follow up, no one scheduled the follow up. I finally texted my tech, he has no idea what happened and why the office didn't schedule the follow up. They now want to come when I'm unavailable and asked if they could just come in ( as in my house) while no one is home. Heck No!!!'

The first technician arrived unprepared and said he didn't even know he was scheduled that day and didn't have the necessary supplies. A second technician came days later and told us the animal had likely died in the wall and that they do not go into walls -- only offering scent bags. This information could have been communicated over the phone from the start and would have saved us days of waiting and stress. Very disappointing experience and a lack of clear communication throughout.
