I guess caterpillars are not considered insects. regardless, after arguing about the additional charge and being threatened with collections. I paid the additional fee, but will not be using Ban A Bug for any of my Properties going forward . I miss Ron.

We should have patronized a local service, a company near our home in Englewood. Searching reviews, we hit upon Solutions and we are very happy with their services. I would like to single out Brandon, who is personally taking care of us. Their prices are reasonable, and we could cancel at any time without penalty. The people in the front office are also very nice and informative. I recommend you try these folks out if you need pests eliminated. We ain't got none no more!
