We should have patronized a local service, a company near our home in Englewood. Searching reviews, we hit upon Solutions and we are very happy with their services. I would like to single out Brandon, who is personally taking care of us. Their prices are reasonable, and we could cancel at any time without penalty. The people in the front office are also very nice and informative. I recommend you try these folks out if you need pests eliminated. We ain't got none no more! Where do I start. We use to love Truly Nolen, but things have changed lately…read more First I had the lawn tech only do 2/3 of the yard, so I called and made them send him back out to finish. Second, I had a huge swarm of ants, so I called and yes it was after hours and left a message with the answering service. They never called back. I called Truly Nolan again, and finally got someone out to my house. I called and asked for a manager, and his best explanation of why they didn't call me was " I have no idea why I didn't see the message" I had some work done and they needed to come back and finish the job. I waited a couple of weeks.... Nothing. No call no follow up, no one scheduled the follow up. I finally texted my tech, he has no idea what happened and why the office didn't schedule the follow up. They now want to come when I'm unavailable and asked if they could just come in ( as in my house) while no one is home. Heck No!!!'
