A year later I found Sam's business card and gave him a call. He returned my call and I asked for an estimate on some work in my home. He came over the next evening and reviewed the work. Sam provided a quote for the work the next couple of days via email, which was accepted immediately. The work entailed, repair of the first floor kitchen ceiling and basement bathroom ceiling due to plumbing work previously performed. Work began the following week. New LED recessed lights in the kitchen were installed and placed strategically. The basement bathroom ceiling repair also included installation of tiles. The work was completed in 3 days as expected.
