He scheduled me for the next day (turned out it was one of the coldest days of the year). I was pleasantly surprised they could get me in so quickly. Their price was comparable to other companies I called. The lady in the office was so friendly. I enjoyed chatting with her. She offers you coffee, water or soft drinks when you come in. The coffee was good and strong and appreciated. They were busy that and ended up taking 2-1/2 hours to finish my replacement. Once they took my car back, they got to work replacing the windshield and calibrating the system. I recommend Alabama Glastek if you need your windshield replaced to a crack repaired.

On the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, he let us come to his house and we were ready-to-roll in about 15 minutes ... and with a windshield where I could not even identify where the crack was previously! On another note, we had had a much smaller one previously repaired a few weeks ago, by a "big name" company.
