Their website offers a pretty wide variety of options, but the only one on the beat-up sign outside is the manager's special for $24.99. This is a pretty good medium level package, including vacuuming, exterior wash and tire polish, and a basic interior wipe-down. They also have a Yelp coupon for $1 off for checking in there. Plus, the receipt says if it rains on the day of your wash, within 2 days of your service you can come back and they'll give you an exterior wash for free. The end result turned out great! My car hasn't looked this shiny in a long time. The wheels are all nice and clean again and overall it just looks its best, which is really nice. Plus I didn't have to spend twice the time sweating it out trying to do it myself. However, my one issue with Spiffy's is that it's completely unclear where you are supposed to go and what the procedure is. We pulled up in the back by the vacuum station (where you start), and though there were plenty of guys out there, no one even came over to ask what we wanted. I eventually found the indoor waiting room, but the cashier seemed completely confused when I asked how exactly we got going on getting a car wash. Given that this is the first step in, you know, taking my money, I was kind of annoyed. That said, the whole thing took about 45 minutes and they have an air conditioned waiting room. So I will certainly be back next time my car needs a wash!

We've had no major problems with our vehicles either, so the quality is good. They have an excellent pre-owned lot and the sales staff is not very pushy; you can tell the staff cares about selling you the right vehicle. Tell them what you are looking at and your price range, and they will make sure they can help you or find what you are looking for. They will also let you test drive multiple vehicles if you are interested in several. Travis has been our salesman the last two times, and he is the best. He is patient with you and makes sure to answer any and all questions(and concerns!). He is extremely knowledgeable about the quality of the vehicles and also informs you of everything involved in the process. I will continue to shop here in the future for all vehicle needs. I'm sure their service department isn't too shabby, either!

Last year, I had a serious cooling-system issue, and now, one year later, I am facing an even more serious problem. The dealership is recommending that the engine be replaced with a used engine and quoted me $10,988.14, including parts, labor, taxes, and diagnostic charges. My vehicle has never been in an accident, and I have never opened, modified, or taken apart the engine. I purchased a new Honda expecting reliability and warranty protection, and I am very concerned that I am now being asked to pay nearly $11,000 for an engine replacement on such a new vehicle. I am requesting that Honda review the entire history of this vehicle, including last year's cooling-system problem, and provide me with a written explanation of why this engine failure is not being covered under warranty."
