I was unable to unlock the car except for using the key manually, and so forth. Upon returning to the shop, the technicians did a thorough review of the error messages and - due to a recurrence of battery related messages sprinkled throughout all the other error messages saved by the system - hypothesized that the issue was actually cascading from a failing battery. Although this was a coincidental occurrence in terms of timing, I was offered a really good quote on the cost of the battery and no labor costs for changing the battery. Since that time everything has operated perfectly. I am so extremely satisfied with the extra mile service provided by Sherrill Paint & Body and I would recommend them to anyone in need of paint & body work as they are hardworking, generous, and open about their repair process. Not to mention, the body work I initially went in for was completely flawlessly and the car was returned to me in such wonderful clean condition inside and out. I could not be happier with my experience.

On the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, he let us come to his house and we were ready-to-roll in about 15 minutes ... and with a windshield where I could not even identify where the crack was previously! On another note, we had had a much smaller one previously repaired a few weeks ago, by a "big name" company. And although they were extremely nice and did a good job, I can still see where that one was located - and as I said, it was a MUCH less destructive crack than the one Keith literally erased from our windshield. Very nice man - great work - great price - in-and-out in 15 minutes. Cannot ask for more.

The morning of the service, I received a call from the technician James, informing me that I was last on his list for the day so he would likely be coming around 12 or 12:30 and asked if that was okay. I told him it was. He was very professional and polite. He arrived about 1:30 and communicated his arrival. He was pleasant and professional throughout the service. They do not have a way to slide a credit card, but can manually enter the info. That was an issue for me as some of the numbers were worn off the card, so I thought I'd mention that. You can also pay online when you schedule it. The job was complete in the expected timeframe. I was instructed on care procedures as the glue/adhesive set. (Keep tape on for 24 hours, no car wash for a week, but rain is okay. Don't tint for at least a full week) Speaking of which, when I took it to get tinted, the technician was unable to place the tint as the metal between the deck panel and metal body underneath the back dash was too tight on the right side to apply the tint. This was not the case when it was first tinted, so I'm not sure what happened with that. Overall, great service. It cost me $560 dollars to replace the back windshield. There was no cost to remove the previous tint as the whole windshield was shattered and had to be replaced.
