Rio Verde Wireless provides Internet service to my home, guest house, and barn. These comments are unsolicited. I have found Rio Verde Wireless to be honest, responsive, professional, and competent. They have consistently resolved issues, including wildlife destroying cables or antennas, storm damage, and landscape interference with no drama and with the greatest respect. They have also fixed and been very tolerant of user error, misconfiguration, local firewalls, etc. Always courteous, patient, and speedy, even at odd hours, and willing to help or give advice. The (Internet) service provided is fast, reliable, and reasonably priced. We often stream multiple movies or music to TVs, iPads, and Sonos speakers, as many as six! My family, while working/studying from home, has been able to stream content, up- and download files and data, play interactive games, and use VOIP services to talk with friends and family. Services like Alexa and Siri are consistently connected. And our Link security cameras (which send video updates every 30 seconds to the Link servers) are online, recording, and available 27/7 without fail. Nothing but the highest recommendation and zero complaints.

My phone was working perfectly fine before entering this store; I just wanted to upgrade my phone. Beware! This is a Verizon affiliate, not an actual Verizon-owned store. It's called The Cellular Connection (TCC) and considered a Verizon retailer. I had a very frustrating experience here and would not recommend. No wonder the reviews are so low. I've been a Verizon customer for over a decade. I received a promotion about a phone upgrade and stopped at this store to take advantage. It had heavy Verizon signage, so I thought it was an actual Verizon store. I was so wrong. More than two hours later I walked out *without* a new phone. And my phone stopped working normally. Brutal :( Apparently, there was a system glitch that prevented the transaction from being completed. I was told to wait 48 hours for it to be resolved. That didn't happen. After more than 48 hours, I called Verizon and was told the system issue was on TCC's end. TCC argued it was a Verizon issue. And the innocent customer is stuck in the middle. Verizon strongly recommended I go to a corporate-owned store to do business. I will never attempt to do business in a Verizon "affiliate" again. What a complete waste of time. Very frustrating experience. A simple cell phone upgrade should not be this complicated, but TCC made it so. On top of all that, my phone stopped working properly after I let TCC touch it.
