Our Tour guide Mr. Paul Allen was a delight! So knowledgeable, numerous and pleasant. The best city tour I've ever had!

The tour we took was $25 per person. Picking up the tickets I preordered was easy. With boarding, no one told us when it was time to board though we were sitting at the dock, but we saw a group going and went along with them. Seating on the boat included an upper deck to enjoy the air; my family preferred the lower deck which was booth style. We found a booth together easily. There were large windows to look outside, but the narration was prerecorded and kind of quiet. Occasionally a crew member would chime in. The narration was always pointing out things on the starboard side, so keep that in mind. The interior seemed kind of outdated overall and most of the other people on the tour were on the elderly side, so it might cater more towards that audience. Overall, this was an okay tour of the harbor. The price was fine for what it was, but I wouldn't personally choose to do this tour again. I know there are other options that might be better through the company, so only speaking from my experience with what I described.

There really weren't any open areas to see the sunset, and the sun was already below the skyline when we were out on the water....The crew was great , but you get only 2 stars because, the sunset which was supposed to be the star of the show was really just a no show, and this was not because of the weather, it was because of the scheduling and the simple fact that where the boat traveled, there really was not an acceptable place to even view the sunset......

And I love that they validate parking. Also the food is usually good. I previously went on lunch and dinner buffet cruises. This most recent cruise was so-so. This was my first time during the brunch buffet cruise and while they offered a fairly good variety of food, I wasn't wowed tastewise. It was just ok. My favorite food item was the potatoes. Everything else was very mid. Our ticket came with bottomless mimosas but I didn't like the fact that they pre-mixed the mimosas with orange, pineapple, and cranberry juice and that was the only option. If I wanted just an orange mimosa, I would have had to pay. I find that problematic because what if someone had an allergy to pineapple juice and they are forced to pay extra for a mimosas without pineapple even though they paid for bottomless mimosas. And on top of that, service was slow and our server kept forgetting our table when she made her rounds to refill mimosas. The manager was very apologetic and tried his best to fix the problem by filling our cups himself, which was very appreciated. I also found the drinks to be overpriced and not well mixed. I ordered a Paloma and it pretty tasted like seltzer water and tequila with a very small splash of grapefruit juice. I gave 3 stars because while the cruise experience outside of the food and service were still good. I don't think I'll be doing another brunch cruise in the future.

The DJ could've played better music at first, but he started getting into the groove toward the end. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for a great brunch experience!

The food was delicious! The DJ was good! Our waitress was training someone and they were both really sweet! We ate good. We danced. We took pictures on the deck and just had a wonderful evening out. I would recommend going even if it's just a girls night out. It was a great experience. Also, if you go... get the pretzel for an appetizer! The dips were AMAZING! I don't know what they put in it, but I've been thinking about it LOL! That was very big back to say... but that dip was delicious! The desert was not good tho.... Everything we ate was delicious. The chicken was flavorful and moist, the shrimp and crab dip was to die for, the Jamaican pork I had no idea what to expect with that, but it was SO GOOD!! The pasta was creamy, the Brussel sprouts were sweet, the Greek salad was fresh and I loved the steak with the horseradish sauce on top! Our server, Sierra, was amazing! She not only took care of us, but absolutely spoiled us knowing it was our anniversary. She was so kind and brought us shots, desserts, and the shrimp and crab dip - for free! We felt like the fanciest people on the boat. The views were outstanding, and it was just so romantic to watch the sunset together over the Inner Harbor while taking in the views. We had a blast and are already planning on coming back to celebrate Valentine's Day here and come for the late night party cruise with friends.

Finally my day had come, I had earned my golden ticket into the factory! Through an associated corporation my family and I were granted access to a small tour through the factory and what a glorious day it was. The staff members were all welcoming and showered me in domino pizza jokes. Our tour guide was so knowledgable of everything going on. The factory itself was clean and free of ants and bugs. We were allowed to go onto the roof of the factory and see the Baltimore skyline from right below the famous sign. From this day forward I will never purchase another bag of sugar that doesn't have the domino sugar label on it (or refil my domino container with the Walmart brand my essential sugar, because I learned it's the same sugar!)
