Our son loves math now all thanks to Ellicott City Mathnasium!…read more We started coming here about a year ago. After just 2 months my son's MAP test results improved dramatically. A few months later he was transferred to the advanced math class at school. The center director and the instructors really care about your kids' success in math! My mom friends and I don't really like the kids being taken in the back of the facility and away from their parents without the option to join or at least access kids during tutoring sessions. I don't mind all that much but it would be nice to at least see your kids in action. The tutoring is top-notch, even during the shutdown, Mathnasium has been relentless in communicating options and alternatives to in-person learning for kids. For the past couple of weeks, they have even offered free online math courses at all grade levels. Definitely a fave!

I must say that I'm impressed with the change that this environment has provided for my son. Once a C student has now become an A and B student with one or two C's this year. Health class seem to get the better of them this year. Teachers are responsive and seem to care. Homework loads seem lighter than what I Experienced when I went to high school. I'm not hating I'm just saying. I'm excited to see what sophomore year brings

TCHS is one of the worst schools I have ever attended let alone heard of. I could go on and on and…read moreexplain every single reason why TCHS is a living nightmare for students and even a few teachers, but that would be way too long and most likely take up the whole website of yelp, because once again, I will say that TCHS is god awful. They're hypocritical, they take your money, and they lie straight to everyone's face when they say that your child will blossom into a successful young woman. Ever since the new principal has started, it has gone downhill faster than ever. Their mission statement says "Empowering women" and that is probably the biggest lie I have EVER heard. They do not empower anybody. I'm going to finish this review by warning you that if you send your child to this school, you WILL waste your money. So think twice before wasting your money and do NOT send your child to this school.

Temp inside was great, seats comfy and exiting easy. Only drawback is parking but it is in the middle of the Baltimore. My cousin and I were in and out in 5 minutes since someone almost blocked me in. She had to guide me out. Great place to graduate! Congratulations to my cousin on his 4th degree and for being the class speaker! He delivered an incredible speech! Congrats all and Andrew! Kids do not come here, Parents don't send your kids here, first off the teachers don't seem to care…read moreabout the kid because they expect to know everything instantly, next up they also put underperforming or failing students who have very low grades in higher classes to make them "know everything" but it instead makes them frustrated or more if they already were and I don't blame them, also the good teachers seem to be leaving this school which is just terrible but don't blame them the kids in this school are absolutely idiotic and foolish they get mad over the simplest things ever, and they are hypocritical they say this school sucks even though they contributing to it by acting childish. Even though most of the reason why this school sucks is because of the kids just a lot the teachers also suck the academics are bad and I'm just sitting in class watching my classmates be disrespectful and me just wanting to learn and wanting to leave this school so badly, I hope I can switch schools one day so I never have to step a foot into this building ever again.
