Disappointed!!! Found these guys because of OfferUp, spoke to Manny on Thursday about getting some tires for my truck. The ad said NEW, "Never used". The deal was rims and tires $1499.00 so I say wow that's a great deal for some NEW rims and tires but since I already have the rims so I call to see about pricing for just tires. The guy tells me I'll text you to this number. So 5 min later I get a text $1000.00 for tires and I'm like WOW that's a great deal. Since the tires I'm looking for are $400-$450 each everywhere I've looked. So I call him up and say cool I'll go tomorrow after work since I work about 50 min away from the tire shop. So I get off work drive 50 min completely out of my way and arrive. Once I show up I speak to the mechanic and ask hello I'm here for the 37x12.5R20 and he's like oh those are them. I look a couldn't believe it some used sun baked tires. So I calmly walk inside and speak to Manny and he's like let's go look at them. As soon as we walk out I'm like they look exactly like my tires and he's like oh yeah your right. Sorry man... but I could give you a deal on them.. LOL pls. I'm looking for NEW Not Used sun baked tires lol. So to try and fix the situation I'm like, Well im already here so let's see what type off deal we could make on a NEW set. We go inside and decide on some Toyo 37x13.50R20. So he's like $1600.00 and I'm like let's do $1400.00 that's all I got. And he's like No can't so I say could we meet in the middle. I already drove way out here. And you technically did put up false advertising claiming NEW on OfferUp how about a nice discount. So he's like let's see if the owner allows me to do $1500.00 so I wait there about 20 min for a response all for him to come out and say NO! The owner doesn't want to lol. What a joke. Then to top it all off he hands me his business card and say keep looking or call us to see if we have any deals.. Lol fake deals alright. Last time I even consider anything from this place. Don't get your Forgiatos here I paid a premium to get it installed the same day and they sold me some redrilled forgiatos with wobble bolts that are unbalanced and makes the car vibrate super unsafe. Let me be the one to warn you! Take your car to RDB LA , they won't sell you redrilled wheels and brush you off after. Clowns work here and think people won't notice, 6k CASH down the drain I took these unsafe forgiatos off. Still can't believe they redrilled forgiatos and sold it to me like it's all good. Not a good shop they dropped my truck like numerous times they couldn't get a simple job done. They gave me my truck back with damage to the drive shaft and differential they did not want to repair anything they left my truck like that. At the beginning of the year, I decided to buy some MRR M228 wheels for my Camaro. The service, quality, and the price was great. I had no issues however,  after a couple of months, I decided to return to buy a set of new tires, new shocks/struts, and lower my car 1.2 Inches. I initially spoke with Adrian who advised and assured me that I will be getting 1.2-inch lowering springs on my Camaro. Furthermore, Adrian advised me to return the next day, Tuesday, to have the new items installed. The following day, Tuesday, I returned at 9:00 AM and left my car at Ballerz Inc to install the new items. I did not receive my car until 6:00 PM later that evening. Not only that, but I also noticed that my car seemed to be much lower than anticipated. I asked Manny how many inches are the lowering springs, who advised that it was about 2 inches. Adrian was near the area who heard what Manny told me and shouted out to me that it was a 1.2-inch lowering kit. Shortly after, I drove away and noticed several issues with my car. 1. My steering wheel was not centered properly (Alignment Issue). 2. The front passenger side wheel/tire was exposed more to the right compared to the driver side wheel/tire. 3. At certain speeds, my steering wheel would vibrate. 4. Rough/Bouncy ride. 5. My wheel lock key was not returned. I immediately messaged Manny about the problems, who advised me to return the next day (Wednesday), at 9:00 AM. The following day on Wednesday at 9:00 AM, I returned to Ballerz Inc and spoke to Manny again about my issues. Manny stated that he would talk to Adrian to see if I can get a refund for the lowering springs. Also, Manny told me to return the next day, Thursday, at 9:00 AM to get all the problems figured out because he was too busy that day. Shortly after throughout Wednesday evening, Manny reached out to me via message and told me that I will be receiving a refund for the lowering springs however, I would need to return on Friday at 9:00 AM because they are too busy on Thursday. Keep in mind that Manny initially told me to return tomorrow, Thursday, to get my car fixed. So I replied to him and told him that I will be there Friday morning. On Thursday evening, I messaged Manny to confirm with him. Manny replied and advised me to return on Saturday because tomorrow, Friday, they are too busy. Obviously, I was really disappointed and angry. I decided to go the next day, Friday, to talk to Manny. As I spoke to Manny, I advised him that I don't have time on Saturday. Manny told me to return on Monday at 9:00 AM. On Monday, they finally were able to fix the problems of my car and I got my refund. Moral of the story: 1. If you're looking to buy new wheels/tires, Ballerz Inc is the place to go. However, if you're looking to mess with your suspension at Ballerz Inc, be prepared to face several problems. 2. There is no professional customer service at Ballerz Inc. 3. Please research A LOT about price and specs when talking to these guys because they WILL try to sell you items at unreasonable HIGH PRICES. CAMARO OWNERS!!! Staff is cool, just be careful with American first Finance. the finance company they do business with. They have horrible reviews and bad experience with people that choose to finance a purchase through them.. APR is at 169.53. That means what ever amount you were approved for finance. You will end up paying 3 times more then what the rims/tires are worth... I ended up paying cash instead. Just so I don't have to deal with that shady finance company. read more

I brought my truck here to get a drop kit and c notch and when I got home I noticed it didn't even have a c notch and I had dropped off the truck early in the morning before they even opened. I got upset and messaged them and they told me a c notch is only required on "older cars" you dont need one , after telling him again he still kept saying the same thing . I came in because I was referred by a friend, to get my suspension lowered here. It took about a day and I finally got my truck back. The job seemed like it was done in a rush, as if they just wanted to slap on the lowering kit and get the truck out of there. My rear was off its measurement which cause the right tire to scrape the fender. My tire got pretty damaged. I took it back so they can adjust and they told me I had to modify my exhaust which didn't have nothing to do with the rear end and ended up costing me extra money. I got the exhaust modified and took the truck back, then they were trying to blame my truck bed. Saying that was the reason why it's off, until we told them it cant be cause we measured the bottom rear. Took them 2 and a half days to fix it and finally got my truck back. It's costed me extra and costed me extra time out of my working schedule just for a suspension lowering kit. read more

I have done everything on my truck here, from lift kit to wheels etc. I was cool with everything, if they gave me a price I won't cry about it as long as they take care of you obviously. beginning of January I came to them to get my front wheel bearings changed, they told me I had warranty for a year. Well 6 months later the right side gave out so soon. Who knows maybe they never changed the right side that's why it's giving me problems already. So last week I came to get my wheels rotated and balanced out and I told Manny, to make me an appointment for Today Wednesday Sep 2 2020 manny was Fosho I got you, I show up my boy is like "what's up bro, why are you here for today" like he didn't know I had an appointment, well I told him for what. my boy tells me I have to leave the truck till tomorrow!! Lol like a whole day to change a wheel bearing, they probably would of still took the whole next day to finish it. "I have a lot of lift kits being installed right now" was his excuse. next time don't make someone drive down for an APPOINTMENT if it's not going to be done that day. last time I come here, and I won't recommending this place place to anyone anymore. BEST ONE STOP SHOP IN LA.. there is no other shop that will even get close to Ballerz-Inc. whatever you need just stop by and ask for Adrian, this guy is extremely knowledgeable and has a HIGH iq when it comes to vehicles and custom work. I decided to write this review because I am very disappointed with the service provided at Ballerz Inc, they are very unprofessional especially a person there my the name Manny he is very rude and wasted time lying to me saying that they would work on my car asap , so I took my car in and a month later nothing was done Manny called me said to give them 2 weeks more because their suspension techs quit on him . So i decided to give him a chance and wait the 2 weeks . I went in today (2 weeks later) asked and he was upset over me asking if he would be able to work on it. So I just decided to take my wheels back and look for somewhere more professional. I came to realized that in this place if you dont have a brand new car they will just push you to the back of the line even though we are paying customers and even with an appointment and this is just unprofessional. Myself as a customer representative know that this is totally unacceptable to treat customers like this. Please dont waste your time and money in a place like this . I have a set of chrome irocs that wouldn't fit my 72 c10 due to the hub bore being too small. I found Ballerz here on yelp and decided to make the drive from Sylmar after a different shop almost ruined my rims with a hand held grinder. I met with Tony and explained what I was trying to do. He immediately knew how to machine my rims so that I got the results that I was after. Tony's customer service was above and beyond what I was expecting from a tire and rim shop. I picked up my rims and when I got them on my truck they fit perfectly! Ballerz will be my go to wheel and tire shop from this point on even though I live in Sylmar. got some tires and wheels with alignment here, within a week i noticed a small noise in front tire area, i thought it was due to bigger tires, ended up being a loose suspension bolt they forgot to tighten! i took car back and they gave me run~a~round saying "we are too busy, bring it later" it was clear 'Many' didnt want to deal with it! (i've saved text if anyone wants to see hmu) so i figured if they are too lazy and unprofessional to fix a BIG mistake that can put my/family life in danger, why should i trust them now!? i then decided to never go back here and take my business to a more reputable shop to get this fixed even if i have to spend a bit more money! but i'll rather feel safe riding my car! read more
