I called Hamburg Expressions and explained my situation, they were able to get me in the next day. From the time I arrived until my visit ended, my experience was amazing. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and kind. The atmosphere was relaxing and the space I was in was clean. I received a very thorough cleaning, I did not feel like they were rushing me out the door, like I have felt at other places. Even my 8 year old who was with me said, she wanted to go there too! I can definitely say I found my regular dentist, I scheduled my 6 month appointment, and can't wait to go back! I would highly recommend!

I called my dentist emergency number, and zero response and went to the office Friday am when they should be open. They were closed. I called my other dentist, they were closed. I walked into Schroeder Cosmetic & Family Dentistry praying they could help me. I was met with kindness, and willingness to help me. The receptionist (forgive me I can't remember her name) got me in quickly. Hailey, the hygienist was amazing!! So skilled, informative, and very kind and understanding!! Dr. Thad was also amazing! Treating me very respectfully, and delicately during the whole procedure. Hailey made sure I was completely happy while letting me know what everything would cost up front and my options. I have had many dentists and too many procedures to even mention. What I will say is this was the absolute best experience I have ever had at a dentist and this was an emergency!! They are wonderful! I had a large gum recession that I wanted to have corrected - I had been told by two other dentists that I would eventually need to have a gum tissue graft in order to do so and finally was able to afford this procedure. When I called the office of Dr. Elliot Neuman, reception was friendly and extremely helpful. Turns out, my insurance wouldn't cover any of my expenses towards this procedure (I told you, useless), however Bluegrass Periodontics gives you a hefty discount for simply having insurance at all. Reception went out their way to contact my insurance and confirm their coverage - every office should be so helpful (that process is so frustrating and tiresome). Soon after returning my call, we were able to setup a date for consultation and procedure in the same visit, seeing as I already knew this was a necessary procedure and had a referral for the problem area. Dr. Neuman and his dental assistant were both welcoming, warm, and friendly. I was seen almost immediately and felt very comfortable. The procedure itself went by smoothly. I have no dental anxiety whatsoever, so I was numbed up pretty highly, but not put under. This is an option if you need it. I'll save the descriptive story for in-person inquiries because dental procedures are subjective (people, please stay off WedMD). Overall, Dr. Neuman was considerate, comforting, and quick. We had two followup visits to make sure my gums were healing up nicely - they did and they look fabulous. So happy with Bluegrass Periodontics and would highly recommend!

This was tough on this old girl but Dr. O'Brian was patient and did what needed done with as little discomfort to me as possible.
