I discovered this place a few years ago when I was looking for a place to get fresh Polish Sausage. Their fresh polish sausage is very tasty with the right amount of spices. Along with the wide variety of sausages, they sell other Polish items as well including Pierogi and a variety of soups (czrnina, Borscht, and Chicken Noodle to name 3). This is a great place to stop for my fill of Polish food I can make at home.

It is a quaint store with a variety of Filipino items, produce, and frozen foods. In the back is where the food is and they were out of the pork belly by the time we arrived. We bought some barbecue ribs and the last of the barbecue chicken wings. They also gave barbecue sauce to go with it. The barbecue ribs and chicken were good. The ribs were really tender and there was a hint of spice in them, but not overbearing. We are unsure if they make their own barbecue sauce, but it was just as delicious. I spoke with one of the ladies there and she said on Saturdays, they will have more food aside from the pork belly, ribs, and chicken wings. All I can remember is brisket. I wish we were going back tomorrow just so we can try it. But, next time we are in Highland, we definitely will!

I can't wait to go back to visit my family so that I can get some more of these bad boys! Trust me...if you are looking for well-executed bbq, look no further. This is a MUST TRY! Oh, and the pork belly wasn't too shabby, either! Melt in your mouth!
