I went here with a GROUPON…read more I bought the luxury facial groupon for $39 which has a $80 value and which is supposed to last 75 minutes (according to the groupon). On Vitality Medspa's website the 'luxury facial' with the value of $80 is described (see pictures). It's supposed to include not only a cleanse, exfoliation and a mask but also extractions, a scalp/neck/shoulder massage, and more. My issue is: what was promised was not provided. I went in for the extractions but got none. I pointed this out at the end of the treatment, after the skin therapist said that he was done. I was surprised because the therapist mentioned extractions in the beginning of the session and I was sort of waiting for that (I don't care too much about products being put on my face - that's not what I came for). But I was told that he made an assessment and extractions would just make my skin worse. I was surprised that he didn't discuss his decision with me, but okay. Something else I noticed was that I went in at the same time as another lady (who never had a facial either and was willing to try one with a groupon). We both were out an hour later. She went into the room just before me, and when I came out she was already out in the reception area. So the treatment did not last 75 minutes. Later on I remembered that I was told to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. But those 15 minutes should not be counted as spa time, of course. After the treatment, I started looking on yelp and saw Jenelle's review. That made me realize I also did not get the scalp/neck/shoulder massage, towels around the arms, etc. This together with what I described above made me realize that the company does business this way. They offer a price for a service, but then they don't deliver. And sure it was relaxing and the guy who gave me the treatment is good at what he does. Maybe this company thinks that if I am impressed with the therapists techniques and friendliness of staff that I will come back to get the non-groupon (more expensive) treatments. But that's not what I came for. And so it was not a good experience, I feel scammed, and I won't be back.

In December 2015, my husband and I spent over a week in El Paso for Christmas and I had a consultation with Irma, followed by a tailored 2 hour massage. She walked me through a thorough exam of my alignment, talked through the issues she found and how she planned to work on them. After my very difficult realignment she assessed my body again afterwards and there was much improvement! She took her time to explain things so I would understand, asked me how I was doing throughout and showed me different stretches I should do at home while my body continued to heal. Not sure how long this business has been around but it seems fairly new or possibly growing since they moved to a seperate building from their Beauty Bar. I was a bit thrown off at first since the front desk person was also the same girl that was currently painting someone's nails within the same area. I got there early anticipating the forms to fill out and hopefully start in time for a full 60 min massage. My appointment was at 2pm and i got there by 145. The nail girl said to hold on for a bit since Theresa, the massage therapist was currently with a client and she needed to finish up with the nails. Fair enough. Guess thats their style for the front desk. 10 mins later or so, i finally got my forms to fill out. I ended up not starting until 215 which wasnt too late but i was kind of on a tight schedule that day so it set me back a bit. But what was great was that Theresa was nice enough to go just a tad over 60mins which was super cool of her! That made up for it at least. The room was comfty except for the face pillow. It was oddly more plump than most and my eyes felt like they were being dug into my skull so i had to constantly readjust. But overall, Theresa did a fabulous deep tissue! There's lots of other services they offer but didnt look through them enough. Lots of summer specials. Stop on in for a great massage! 40$ for Swedish, 50$ for deep tissue.
