I understand some plates cooking times can be longer than others but nothing ever came. One of them was just a simple bean tostada. The time before this I came at 9:20 pm, while it says on google that their hours of operation is until 10:00 pm. The server told me they were closing down and they only had Baleadas so I left to the taco spot next door just to see her turn the sign back on and let another table walked in. It's honestly so disappointing because it's difficult to find Honduran restaurants nearby, and I met the owner's daughter a couple of times and she's truly a sweetheart with a different vision for the restaurant. But at this point I rather make the drive to another place.

Not sure how this was the mini dish, but everything was so good. The food was well seasoned and not overly greasy or heavy. My request for spice was delivered with 2 salsas and grilled serranos. My beverage of choice was a mango juice, very refreshing, and the natural sweetness was complementary to my savory dish.
