I was told before the trip that the Vehicle was there and available and had approval for the loan on that vehicle. Upon arrival I was given the run around by a Salesperson, who was not very personable, only to find out that the vehicle was sold but they would be "very happy to help me with another vehicle". Was also informed that the bank I was financing through required a 2 year warranty on top of the loan. This was a blatant lie, banks do not do that. I was lied to from the moment I stepped through the door. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.
