Better than average airport food with pretty reasonable prices for the location. Fresh breakfast sandwiches in the window, heated just for you (and they're large and filling!) come see in terminal b

Finding things in the airport that even remotely are or are adjacent to the term, "healthy" is like finding that needling the haystack. I was in Philadelphia airport combing the terminal(s) and came across Balducci's. It's a decently-size sort of deli/market which you can order a variety of sandwiches, soups, and ramen. With the ramen, you can pick up to four items to add into your ramen. I went with a pre-made mozzarella and tomato sandwich on a baguette with celery, carrots, and hummus. I was impressed with the freshness of the bread. I figured it would be stale. The deli has a wide variety of beverage and chips/snacks. They also have free ice and water for anyone who makes a purchase which is perfect to get right before you take off. Overall, not too bad at all and I didn't feel completely bad about eating it either.

I was on a layover and my next flight was delayed. All I wanted was something warm and somewhat healthy to eat. I found this place, but they don't use their toaster during the later hours. Then a refrigerated brown rice entree caught my eye and the lady (who I wish I got her name) was nice enough to heat it up for me! Talk about nice customer service.

Got a bagel, only got 1/4 the amount of cream cheese for it. You will have to specify 4 cream cheeses to make a light layer on your bagel.

I had the turkey on wheat with American cheese. I opted for the Russian dressing since I'm not a fan of hot deli mustard. I had it toasted panini style. The service was quick, friendly and you could tell they took pride in what they were doing. My wife opted for the pastrami on wheat with may and provolone cheese, also panini style. She had potato salad as a side and the coleslaw. Both were good. The Marketplace is a very large (formerly Penn Station) turned open market area covering food, produce, meat market, flowers, artisans etc. A wonderful place. The food was awesome the meats were amazingly tasty and worth the price!

We originally ordered just one sandwich to share, but it was so good that we ended up going back for another one. The pastrami was flavorful, tender, and packed generously into the sandwich. We also got lucky because there weren't too many people when we arrived, so we were able to grab seats right at the counter and enjoy everything fresh. Highly recommended if you're visiting Reading Market, definitely one of the standout food spots there.

The incredible cheese selection, the curated Italian pastas, wines, and specialty foods -- it's a food lover's dream. I felt like a kid in a candy store, completely mesmerized by all the options. The staff was friendly, and everything looked so high-quality and well-presented. I was genuinely tempted to buy an assortment of cheeses to bring back home, and I still kind of regret not doing it. That said, I did have one experience that made me pause. Later that evening, as I walked by after closing hours, I peeked through the window to show my husband the shop I had visited earlier and I happened to see a few mice moving around inside the store. It was definitely unsettling to witness, especially after seeing all the exposed cheeses and displays earlier in the day. I completely understand that older city buildings (especially in places like Philly) have their challenges, and I'm sure this isn't unique to Di Bruno Bros. Still, as a customer, it did take away from the magic of my earlier visit. Overall, Di Bruno Bros. is a gorgeous and well-curated Italian market that I'd recommend visiting for its atmosphere and specialty goods but I hope management is able to address cleanliness concerns, because the store truly deserves to shine as brightly as its reputation.
