Even though it wasn't as low as we were hoping, their "sales" techniques through the process was absolutely not pushy in any way. They helped us understand why they couldn't go lower. SO friendly through everything. Did the 90-day no credit needed and the woman that helped us finalize the sale was also extremely friendly AND after we're finished she called the warehouse and asked them to un-box our table to ensure no scratches or bumped edges since we are moving out of state with it. When we loaded up items in warehouse they did EVERY thing for you, very good with the items & extremely friendly. Couldn't ask for a better experience & WILL ABSOLUTELY USE THEM AGAIN!

Be very careful when you buy from them. I have dealt with them on two separate occasions, and in…read moreboth scenarios it didn't turn out well for me. TL;DR I fully believe you can get a good deal if you go to them. You probably could get decent furniture as well. But don't expect them to be honest or keep to their word. They will make you feel obligated to do something right away, or they will not give you the deal you agreed to. Also inspect their furniture before buying, otherwise expect to wait two months for a replacement that will never come. First I bought a kitchen table from them. The table is great! However, the chairs that came with them didn't have middle supports. After about 6 months the seats cushions fell apart. No one over 150 pounds used them and they still broke. The warranty expired, and I was left paying off a table that was broken. Make sure to inspect the furniture for quality before buying. My second experience I bought a bed from them. I was hesitant at first, being worried about the quality of the furniture from before. Let me start off by saying I love the bed despite it being slightly damaged upon delivery. BE careful when it comes to financing with them. I agreed to a specific deal when it comes to financing the bed. They ran my credit, and everything seemed to be fine. I was waiting for the details in writing when I received a call from them telling me that I would be receiving a code on my phone. They told me to get the financing we agreed upon I would have to give them that code at that very moment. So I gave it to them. They used that code to sign me up for a terrible financing deal that would have cost me almost three times the amount we agree upon in the first place. It had a three month buy out option, so I was able to get out of it, but make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing up front, and don't trust them. I talked to a lawyer, and the bottom line was that our laws are just not up to date for this kind of case. He said I could most likely win the case, but it would take years and cost me a fortune in legal fees. So it was most likely a better choice to buy out of the situation. It's partially my fault for trying to save money, and not demanding the paper work up front. They do have relatively cheap furniture. But you get what you pay for. That includes customer service.

I made the mistake of buying a Dell laptop from this huckster for $200 in Jan of 2026 and was told that the laptop was actually worth $1000. That was a lie, since the Dell model was already out of commision, The vendor sold me an adapter which did not work (after trying to give me an adapter that was so corroded that it looked like it had be eaten by bacteria.) After I ordered off E-bay my own adapter, I tried to get some simple recompensation: the owner, who was operating without a license, and violating NM sales tax law, suggested that I send the laptop back to him at my expense for him to "diagnose," A horrible experience, with a man with no honor,

Ever since I've received it, it's been rebooting randomly, sometimes without running any graphic intensive games or intense programs(It'll happen while running Firefox and Spotify.). Brought in the PC multiple times over the span of the warranty, got told that nothing was wrong and that it was dusted. This happened multiple times: PC reboots, take it into MDC, nothing is fixed. 5 years pass, and during these 5 years I am under the impression it is a faulty power supply. Warranty is long gone, and so finally I decide to check the temperatures (Which, admittedly, is what I should've done first.). Find that my processor is consistently at max temperatures without running anything graphics intensive. Took PC to Best Buy's Geek Squad, get told its an overheating issue. Within 20 minutes. I went to MDC today, got mad that they wouldn't fix the problem that had been happening while it was under warranty, and then left. I got a call from the owner, said he'd fix the issue as long as its a hardware issue, and it'd be free. I'll update this review when I receive my PC again. UPDATE 2/13/25 Received my PC about 3 days after I had posted the review. Since then, I've had no issues running any games. It seems like they installed a new cooler and a new top fan, and it runs smoothly. They even upgraded it to Windows 11. I'm happy they fixed the PC, but not so happy it took this long. Review updated from 1 star to 3, I still recommend doing your research on computer places.

The stock number he gave me for filters was incorrect, so I measured and ordered from Amazon. They fit. I tried again to get the correct stock number from him recently so I could do business locally. Once again it was incorrect and he told me the Amazon ones were wrong (which they weren't). I insisted they fit and the number he gave me was wrong. He insisted I was wrong stating that the floor model that matched mine had the filter he was recommending. Turns out he was wrong. I went in, took the filter with the stock number he recommended and it was not the same as the floor model he had told me matched mine. In an effort to continue to do business with him I suggested he credit me the cost of a couple of filters. He refused since I had not bought from him before. I now go to Spa Tech here in Cruces.
