They do not stand behind their product.  The main reason I chose to hydroseeded was that they said…read moreit was a special formulation that would hold up well to rain and would provide more even coverage.  I'll let the pictures speak for that - they show large bare areas and overall very thin coverage 29 days after seeding. They do not communicate with customers and they make no effort to correct communication issues they have.  I called after 2 weeks to ask for a follow up seeding and was told to wait another week. I waited another week and it didn't fill in, so I called back.  They said they would get me in by the end of that week. The end of that week came and went with no call and no answer to multiple voicemails that I left. I called the beginning of the next week and was told that would be here Wednesday if the weather was good.  After another no show for a perfectly sunny Wednesday and no call, I called and was told they would try to fit me in by Friday afternoon. They finally came 3 weeks after I made the initial request, hoping that the seed germinates before we get a frost. During the first visit, they had some kind of issue with their truck and leaked a lot of hydraulic oil on the street in front of my house. They couldn't figure it out and moved the truck down across from my neighbors and leaked a lot more hydraulic oil onto the street in from of their house. The person who answers the phone could not answer my questions about fertilizing and mowing timing, and said somebody would call me back to discuss.  I just gave up after multiple calls requesting to talk to somebody that knew. Also, they did not answer requests I sent by email using the "Contact Us" link on their website. I would have moved on from this company but wanted the same seed and color where I had large bare spots so I felt trapped.  I don't usually leave reviews, but hope this one will make potential customers think twice.

st. onge septic subs out the final step of alot of their installs to brian fournier landscaping,…read moreand when this company came into hydro-seed my elderly father's yard, they came in super late in the season and it was far to cold to get the grass to grow. we fertilized and watered it as the contract required, and still no grass. the first time they came in, once they left, the entire yard washed out and created huge deep unsafe crevices all throughout the yard, they needed to come back to lay better solid soil. they hydroseeded again and by then it was really far to late in the season. currently my elderly father has dirt for a yard, and i have tried and tried to get them back over to get this problem fixed. you can see in the pics ( around the edges ) how green and full the grass was before. after messaging Brian he seems to have no intention of helping get this taken care of for my dad who is 85 years old and paid over 15K to get the septic and leachfield replaced. my dad lost my mom, his wife of over 50 years not to long back, they loved sitting in the yard together next to the birdbath, the only thing my dad has left to take pride in is his yard and home he worked his life providing for us kids, and now the birdbath is sitting on the ground in the dirt and he cannot even go and sit there without dragging mud and dirt back into the house. its frustrating and sad. i really tried to work this out with brian fournier landscaping, and he just seems like he couldn't care less. i went to leave a review online and found that there are other unsatisfied customers facing the same sad situations with their own yards.
