They blamed the drought, I pointed out that I have irrigation. They told me that the tech saw a broken sprinkler, it was my neighbors. I was told on 2 separate occasions that someone would come out to take a look with me and I got stood up twice. Lot's of excuses from them, but ultimately I wasted a lot of time and money by hiring them and now I need to fix my lawn.
