I do like a firm massage, but at times it was too rough. Elbows digging way deeply it was beyond painful. I repeatedly said to ease up, go a little lighter. They would ease up for 30 seconds and then return to too hard pressure. So they heard me but didn't listen. Multiple times I asked and every time they each returned back to pressure that I stated was unconformable or even painful. So don't waste your money to get "beaten up!" Go elsewhere.
