I was recommended to Jaimila through a friend, and have been seeing her once a week for almost a month now. I have seen Jaimila off and on for years whenever I have felt I needed chiropractic care and she has helped me a lot. A good chiro can be hard to find, and sometimes that is all that is needed to fix an ache, pain, or mobility restriction...it seems like magic to me, as the patient. I was in a bicycle accident (over the handlebars, down a hill) three years ago, and it was largely Jaimila who got me back into shape, especially in the few weeks following the accident itself. I couldn't even bend my right wrist at all until I came in to see her, and she fixed it in about a minute. That's the magic I'm talking about. There were others on my "healing team" at that time, and I think I really needed all of them, but getting my bones back in the right place was hugely important. (She gave me some nutritional supplements too.) I have always been very clear that Jaimila wasn't trying to retain me as a patient when I didn't need it - she seems happy to send me on my way once I am in good shape again - and I know she is available if I get into trouble (so to speak) again. read more

The results, the service, the professionalism, and the staff are exceptional. I had always been wary of chiropractors; assuming they were a racket that was in the business of making patients temporarily feel better and come crawling back a couple weeks later for some more minor relief. Not the case with Balance Point. I had medium to severe lower back problems that were spreading to my hips and knees, I hobbled in an absolute wreck. The first session was a little over an hour an Jaimila asked dozens of questions and (in my opinion) miraculously knew exacty where to focus her work. There was no preaching, no hippie/new age wisdom, and best of all no upselling. I left feeling slightly better, took her advice, and wore the belt she gave me (no cost). I came back in a week later for a follow up appointment and much to my surprise she told me I was much better, (which I agreed to as well) and that she DIDN'T see any need to schedule further appointments.
