I feel like I was very fortunate to have him as a surgeon before everything fell apart because of his greed. I could not even move my shoulder, and I would wake up throughout every single night feeling like someone had stabbed me in my shoulder. It was so tore up from years of serving and carrying heavy plates and trays. I never thought I'd be able to use my arm and shoulder again without severe and chronic pain. It is very upsetting that he was greedy and lied, and basically threw away his life and his extremely gifted skill set for surgery. I had the surgery in 2016. And I felt like the bionic woman with a brand new shoulder afterwards. It is now 2025, and I still have no pain in my shoulder. I have been very active. Over the years and still no problems He may have been condemned in California. I don't know if he will ever be able to practice again In any other state, but with his skill set, if I ever need another surgery that is in his expertise, I would drive out a state to obtain another surgery from. A physician who manipulates medicine for financial gain has NO business IN medicine, PERIOD! Medicine and medical care are sacred! Patients must be protected. How many thousands of pts put trust into this man for him to absolutely disregard their true medical needs? How many thousands of pts were told by him that it was necessary for him to X-ray other body parts because he was always on the lookout for tumors?? If Yelp took a poll on that? We would all get whiplash from the responses!

The employees working directly with patients all seemed to be waiting for the actual therapist to get around to consulting with them so they could move forward. Sometimes there were 6 or 7 other patients for what seemed like only one actual therapist. There is zero privacy here. You are in an open room with lots of other patients. While here, I was able to hear multiple conversations between patients and their therapists and I was visually able to see all the exercises and activities they were told to preform. It was uncomfortable. I have had physical therapy before and either had the area to myself or was placed where there was a curtain so I did not have to feel like strangers were watching me at an incredibly vulnerable time. Many patients here obviously need assistance as well so in addition to other patients, spouses and/or children typically wait inside. I am glad to have this location here to serve the community but there is a lot that could be improved. They need to be more concerned about the privacy of their patients and add room dividers or screens and definitely block the patients and exercise area from the waiting area. I appreciate what they do, but hope they take steps to make this a better experience for their patients.

Staff likes to stand around in their little click together while the patients wait for their next instructions. They will make you feel isolated. I do not recommend this facility to anyone, my poor elderly grand mother went here and was mistreated. She did not like the feeling of isolation and being left out in the cold while they laugh and talk around their desk while getting paid. Shame on you Golden Bear.
