Believe me, I would have loved to follow the treatment plan to the T, because those appointments really helped my daughter relax and not be so angry and stiff. I could literally feel the difference in holding her after the appointments. Dr. Kate Wong was very flexible and worked with our schedule. I am writing to share my experience with this rehabilitation facility regarding the care of my…read moreloved one. Unfortunately, the level of care provided was deeply concerning and did not meet basic standards of dignity and hygiene. On multiple occasions, my loved one was left in bed for extended periods in soiled conditions without timely assistance from staff. This is not only unacceptable but raises serious concerns about patient care and oversight. Additionally, the quality of food provided was consistently poor, both in presentation and nutritional value. Proper nutrition is a critical part of recovery, and this aspect of care appeared to be neglected. I understand that healthcare environments can be busy, but there is no excuse for compromising a patient's basic needs and dignity. I strongly urge management to review staff practices, improve patient care standards, and ensure accountability moving forward. Not only the fact that my loved one had to come back to the hospital for another surgery due to non proper care her incision got in infected. We drove Inky 75 miles one way because Dr. Toni is certified by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association.
