They don't allow you to pick up in store and their delivery can take even beyond the long end of the ten business days range they have in their disclaimers. It's worse than most other retailers I have dealt with. I am currently typing this while being grumpy that the thing I ordered for a trip over a week ago will not come in time. The AI customer service is, of course, useless. In short, nice stores, awful site. Get it together Kith! It's 2026!

He's used it to go to the Paradise Garage and is still using it every time he goes to The Loft, the beach or the park. And fabrication says a whole damn lot because the thing is so old- for the 30 years he's had it, all it has is one small open seam (which is held together with staples). But it's still solid! Portage is located on Elizabeth St (between Houston & Prince). Hubs has always loved the idea that his favorite Messenger bag is NYC-owned. But I personally love- as a non-Portage bag owner- how Manhattan Portage is Woman-owned and behind this great NYC brand right in Nolita! And if you're into bags- Portage has them. Hubs loves the simplicity of his old black Messenger bag and a Neon Yellow-Green stripe going across with a very straightforward and minimal design. He actually wanted to replace it with an identical- but things change, styles evolve...you know how it is. At least one review mentions the "Asian man"- and Hirumo was nothing but informative and pleasant giving us information after information. Did you know you can bring your old bag and Manhattan Portage can alter it??? Hubs didn't know...now we do. Did you know that Manhattan Portage offers LIFETIME GUARANTEE? Now we know. And after hubs explained to Hirumo about his 30 year-old bag, all he said was to bring it to the store. Hubs was in cloud 9 when I checked in and received a 15% Yelp discount! I'll brag! Portage has certainly made its mark. For God sakes...Portage is iconic!!!! And as a classic bag company in lower Manhattan, plus it's Woman-owned...it's hot!
