This guy came to my home and he was very rude, unprofessional, and gave short answers. He installed 2 different locks and maybe I should have done my research but I thought since I have done business with him before, he might be cool to work with. However, I almost didn't want him to start the work after he arrived because of his rude attitude. It seemed as if he needed to be somewhere and his work was not his priority and certainly not customer service. Anyways, he gave some speech about how gold locks are better and more "safe" (the sales attitude) but after a month of installation, the lock broke. It will not open. I called several times to see if he can fix it and since it was just recent, I had hoped he would be kind enough to perhaps replace it. But he does not answer. Not only that but to leave a message, good luck! His voice mail is full. Be careful, and do your research. There are other locksmith in town that are so much nicer and pleasant. His prices are not that great either. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will never recommend this guy or do service with him again!!! read more

I can't think of any business more deserving of my first Yelp review than Bakersfield Locksmith. I pulled a stupid move (I've done countless times) and put myself in a total predicament by locking my keys inside my car. Within less than 20 minutes of my phone call, Heath's van pulled up to my rescue. I had originally intended on just getting help getting inside my car but he was so personable that I decided to invest in having a spare key made as well. Heath Gallon, Bakersfield Mobile Locksmith is a lifesaver., we were setting up to camp in our travel trailer in Big Sur. The door lock ceased and the key broke in the door lock. In an extraordinary coincidence, Heath was driving by with his family on his odd time in his personal vehicle, noticed we were having a problem, and offered to help.
