Bought a home this past week or so, was assigned to Doug Myers from Ticor. 1 - No communication at…read moreall, my realtor called 10+ times in the last week of escrow to no avail. 2- We were supposed to close on the 28th, but they decided that they were going to wait until the 29th to even send a notary. Then they tried to slide one by me and had both me(buyer) and the seller paying the same fees in our settlement statements, which can't be a mistake, you dont accidentally ask 2 people for the same money. On top of that it took ANOTHER 2 DAYS to send over the correct one, so by the time i finally got the keys we were into the holiday weekend and i was unable to get my utilities and water turned on, so here I am in a house with no running water and no way to cook/store food. They were extremely unprofessional the times I did get them on the phone, they seemed to know about as much about what was going on as I did, and I have never bought a house before. Please let this company go out of business, its shady and they have no idea what they are doing, they're either lazy and untrained, or purposely trying to perform illegal actions.
