To be honest, they appeared to good to be true bc majority of the reviews were 5 stars and their estimate was reasonable. Scheduled them about two weeks out for a Saturday morning appointment which happened to be the day after my house was packed up. I did not receive the call the evening before as stated in many of the reviews. My appointment was for 9am. At 9:15am no one was at my house and no one was answering the phone number listed on their Yelp page. So I left a lengthy message about how I had a scheduled appointment and no one was at my home. I finally received a call back at 9:45am telling me that they needed to cancel and reschedule due to lack of technicians for the day. Frustrated because this appointment was booked for a while, I agreed to Sunday at the same time. Woke up Sunday, to a text message at 7amish telling me that they were running behind for my 9am rescheduled appointment. Ok fine, so I wait....the technician finally arrived around 10:30am which delayed my Sunday plans. He explained what he would be doing upstairs and downstairs. I left my pets outside and the technician at my home since I had plans for the day. The tech assured me that I would receive before and after pictures and that he would lock up before he left. Which was not a problem bc everything was already out of the house. He also advised the carpet and floors would need a few hours to dry before accessing them - which was fine. Upon returning to the home, the floors were still damp, not a problem. I made sure not to go on the carpet until tomorrow. The clean up job was mediocre for me. The grout wasn't as clean as I expected and I guess I assumed the carpets would smell clean as they did not maybe they don't add deodorizers to their cleaning process. My fault for expecting it to smell clean when I came home. I never received before and after pictures as stated and I really wasn't wow'd by the job. Communication was not the best especially when my original appointment was canceled late on the day of. Maybe they were just having a bad weekend at the end of April. Unfortunately I would not recommend despite all of the great reviews.

So the price went up quite significantly, but still about a third the last cleaners had charged me and left the excess water. Nevertheless, given his track record as expressed in prior Yelp reviews, I thought I'd give him a chance. The carpet looked great when he finished, and it dried a lot faster than the last cleaner's efforts. So, fingers crossed--one week after his visit and no stains reappearing, and the carpet still looks good. So far I'd say I spent a whole lot less than prior cleaners and the results are better. We have a busy spring with a wedding event and several get-togethers at our home. My wife wanted the tile redone to try and make it look better. Fabio came in and with his machinery and expertise the floors look brand new. In my opinion you can't go wrong with Fabio. He was very reasonably priced did not try to upsell me on anything he just came in gave me a fair price and did a wonderful job. We have plank tile so grout lines every 5 inches not a flooring choice I would make again but with Fabio there to make sure the tile and grout can stay clean. I dropped it off to their shop (for a lower price than on-site cleaning) and 2 days later, I picked it up. The owner, Carlos, was very knowledgeable-told me more about it than the seller. And on top of that, he gave me an unexpected deal because of a stain on the side that they couldn't get out...which was no real issue for me. Mr. Jimmy and Mr. Darian showed up 20 minutes before the estimated arrival window, which worked out wonderfully. They bootied up, inspected each of the rooms, and got right to work. The cleaning solution has a strong scent of wintergreen, but it's not unpleasant, and it dissipates quickly after getting sucked up at the end of the process. Still far and away a better smell than chemicals or gag-inducing perfume. The fellas were done with the four small/medium rooms in under 45 minutes. Any previous dog stains were *GONE* and the carpet looked terrific. I wasn't around at the 4-6 hour mark, but the next day when I tested the carpet, it was perfectly dry. I'm very pleased and understand why Steamer's is so highly rated. Happy to further contribute to that rating!
