This was a birthday gift from my group of wonderful friends. Couldn't have been a better gift. The bathrooms and kitchen just sparkled. Do not hesitate to call Vanessa. You won't be sorry!

I've been hesitant about having someone come into my home to clean but I took a chance. I reached…read moreout via Yelp and they responded with a quote immediately. I took some pictures and explained exactly what I wanted and they gave me a fair price that I was very happy with. They double checked that we were still on the day before and morning of. They showed up on time and with all their own supplies. I work from home but was not bothered at all by their work. When one was done, they went over and help the other finish up. They dusted and cleaned the light fixtures, wiped down both sides of the doors and even the door frames. The ONLY issue I had was the mopping. Didn't care much for the mop they used on the floors but I'm super picky about that in general. Will be booking them again soon.

I did not see it until they had departed. I called and they made fun of me and lied to me about coming to repair the door. I would not recommend them to anyone in fact I told two homeowners who were going to use them to think twice!

I have used several maid services this year, and Freshify was one of the better ones. Initially,…read morethey were going to send a team who were supposed to be great with cleaning and has excellent attention to detail, which is what I need. They had to cancel the appointment with that team due to one person being away and I can't recall why the other lady couldn't make it. So, they sent a young lady named Diana who didn't speak any English at all, only Spanish. We used Google Translate, but it really doesn't help communicate complex instructions or certain expressions very well. Any professional translators reading this review should breathe a sigh of relief, because I really don't think AI translators will ever replace a live human translator! But I digress. Diana came quite a few times, and I was happy with her work. She was cheerful, and patient, and did a thorough job. Sadly, one day she pulled a no-show, and didn't call me or Freshify. Alex with Freshify was very apologetic. I didn't blame the service at all; these things happen. I took the opportunity to discuss the language barrier, and requested that whoever they send next be fluent in English. The cleaner they sent, Cleo, wasn't as good as Diana, and spoke next to no English. Her housekeeping was acceptable, though. I spoke to Alex again, and they gave me a credit to account for that. The last time they sent two cleaners, who spoke almost no English. Streaks were left on glass table tops and shower glass. The bathrooms weren't cleaned very well, and one toilet wasn't cleaned at all. There was a ring of mold that appeared a few days later, and it takes a couple of weeks for that to happen. Things in general weren't cleaned very well, and I suspect it might be because they couldn't ask me questions. Freshify Cleans charges above average, so I expect above average cleaning - each and every time. I try not to be picky, and if I could clean my own house, I would. Unfortunately, I physically cannot, so I have to rely on others. I have decided to hire someone myself without relying on a service. It is much cheaper, and I am very happy with the person's work.

I then later changed my mind and decided to have them clean Monday and was still charged the same price with the discount so I thought that was weird. After they arrived and I left, it took them about 5 hours to clean a 1700 SQ ft 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome due to a cleaner feeling sick and it was just 1 person cleaning. I come back after they finished and paid, and see that the floors were not mopped and counter was not wiped. Although everything was cleaned in the rooms and bathroom, the kitchen floors and counter were left as is. I'm super disappointed since I was moving out. They offered to come back the next day but I have already turned in my keys by then. After telling them that and asking what else can be done to fix this, they stop replying to me.

Frank was friendly, professional, and asked detailed questions as to our needs. The Crew showed up in a vehicle and clothing with company logos and information plainly visible and the workers were friendly, attentive to the initial house tour, and go getters. The Crew worked efficiently, and they communicated with each other constantly regarding cleaning duties and responsibilities. They always had a smile on their faces and were extremely polite. The quality of their work was outstanding, and the Crew was great to work with as they worked their way through our house. The results were impressive, and we loved the results so much that we work extra hard to keep it looking the way they left it. We will definitely bring them back and have no reservations in recommending them to our neighbors, friends and relatives. We received an excellent value for the price that they charged us and look forward to our next deep "pre-party season" cleaning. We can't thank Frank and Sasha enough for their commitment to excellence.
