I've been to HomeGoods several times in the past, but first time visiting this location. Like any HomeGoods, if it goes in your home, your almost guaranteed to find it. And even if you go not looking for anything, you're bound to find something. They have such a huge array of items, from home decor, to bedding, to kitchen items (like pots and pans, plate, glasses, utensils, and so on), art, food/snacks, furniture, and so much more. Pricing is hit or miss, some items, are well priced, others are bit high in my opinion. I guess it's all in what you're willing to pay. We didn't have any luck finding the rug, but found a few other small items . The only interaction we had with staff was at the register, and it was fine. They were friendly, got us checked out and we were on our way.

I swing by because I'm redoing my home office. I wanted a new wall art and a blanket for my office lounge chair. I honestly got lost looking at so many goodies. I didn't want to get in trouble over buying and only got what I came for lol. I was able to find my art piece and a lovely blanket! The blanket was 19.99 such a great deal and super soft! Im in love with the print since I do love anything that resemble Western/Native. The art work is so unique! Is an embroidery art work! It was Soo pretty and honestly want I wanted for the office wall. I will for sure we back, when it's time to redo the kitchen!

My wife and I went there and found a Nichols and Stone round table and 4 chairs that we were very…read moreinterested in buying. We received a WRITTEN QUOTE from Debbie the salesperson. We were not sure what color we needed and we wanted to make sure we had the right color. So we went home and got the drawer that we needed to match to and went back a second time. Debbie was not there and there was no one to help us. But we found the color samples and checked other pieces for the color and decided what we wanted. My wife called back later in the week and wanted to place the order. Debbie said she had to "check the price". When she came back to the phone, she alleged that she had made a mistake, and the set would be about $859 higher than her written quote. Had we been given that price to start with, we would NEVER have considered the set. She then went to check with the Area Sales Manager to see what she could do, and could do nothing. We discussed it and decided to offer to split the difference in price and made that offer to Stickley. The Sales Manager refused to move at all. Needless to say, we did not buy the set. Basically, what we have here is the classic "bait and switch". I would never do business with such an unethical company and urge you all to stay away. The only reason I give them 1 star is that I cannot give them less. We wasted a lot of time and effort due to their shoddy business practices and/or incompetence.

We are doing a full-blown remodel of our kitchen with Marsh Cabinets. Our design consultant from…read moreMarsh (Joel) recommended Hart Appliance. We met with DJ and quickly found a good connection with our needs and mission statement. During our appliance process, DJ did not try to upsell us. The selections were awesome. We were delighted that Hart sends the product selections to the Marsh team where they integrate the selections into the plan. Seamless and stress-free. For those considering appliances: We ordered in late December and expect delivery in April. This requires planning and understanding.

Queen City in Greensboro used to be Hart Appliance, a locally owned appliance store for many years…read more Hart was always dependable, and their customer service was excellent. Not so with Queen City. They delivered a Whirlpool fridge to me that didn't cool. They kept saying to wait 24 hours--nothing. I kept getting tossed around from the Charlotte store, where Queen City is based to the Greensboro store, trying to resolve the issue, but it took six days to "resolve"--and by that I mean I cancelled the order altogether. Customer service would say they'd call me back but never did. Not one person apologized for the inconvenience to me or for their shoddy response to their defective product. I bought the same fridge at Lowe's and it hasn't given me a problem. Their customer service was top notch, too. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM QUEEN CITY.

We saw so many things that…read morewould go perfect in our home, it was hard to stay focused on what we actually were shopping for. We were able to work with a very helpful young lady named Alex. She was patient and knowledgeable. She looked up things online to help us make our decision. We ended up making a purchase only to come back and exchange it out for the purchase of items only available online. Alex handled everything, the return, and the online purchase- and she made sure to use the free online shipping code! We will definitely be back not only to work on our next home re-do project, but also to shop for gifts. You owe it to yourself to at least walk through this store one time before making your final decisions on your next project.

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINES WITH WEST ELM…read more Worst service of any furniture provider I have ever worked with. Placed an order for tens of thousands of dollars of furniture. Had to spend no less than 30 hours on the phone trying to correct errant deliveries, items that were broken, etc. Multiple items are falling apart after 8-10 months and West Elm is denying any responsibility and declining to help in any way. I will never buy furniture from West Elm again, and would caution anyone from doing so. Desks have paint chipping at every seam 10 months later, leather chairs have metal and wood poking through the backs of them. West Elm says this is normal wear and tear. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

First the designer JJ, gave me some great pros & cons to the color pallet and materials that i had chosen. I greatly appreciated his expertise. Annette and Lynette were so very accommodating in the pro services area of helping me to get my product scheduled and loaded. There was also Tiffany who helped in many different areas. She was strategic in doing whatever was needed to complete the job with haste and a smile. These people worked so well together to give me a phenomenal experience. They honestly acted as if they loved what they were doing and cared about the customers experience. This is exemplary in "How To Get Your Customer To Return". Thank you all!!

My wife and I have slowly been chipping away at a kitchen renovation and are getting to the point…read moreof figuring out what to do with our backsplash. We decided to go by Floor and Decor and see if we could get some ideas. We were a bit overwhelmed by the selection to be honest, which is a good thing, we just need to narrow down what it is we want a little more maybe, and then try again. It's amazing how many options they offer for wall, floor, counters, and so much more. They have large displays of each product to give you a good idea of how a large area will look, but it was not always clear where the product was on the shelves for each display, and unfortunately finding an employee to assist is a big challenge. If you do find one, they will probably not know the answer, and just make one up. We asked one employee where a set of tiles were and they said they were discontinued, and no longer had any...but then we found a whole section of them an aisle over, very discouraging. In the end we bought a few options and have brought them home to see them in the space. They offer a 90 day return, so once we nail it down, we'll be able to return options we don't want, which is nice. We enjoyed the variety, selection and decent pricing, it's just the lack of helpful employees/staff that making shopping there less than perfect.
