The appetizer list is an eclectic mix of delicious dishes. We opted for the pork belly and this was quite possibly the most interesting interpretation I've ever had. Rich tender pork belly served in a ginger coconut sauce. It was absolutely delicious. For mains the catch of the day was Cobia. This was my first time eating this particular fish. I went with the semolina crusted with basmati rice and creamed spinach. The fish was meaty, flaky, and tender. The rice had an essence of coconut and the spinach was perfectly cooked.
