She explained ever part of the process to him so that he understood exactly what was going on and how everything would feel as she performed the work. He was in the chair for almost an hour but was completely at ease and relaxed thanks to her kind and compassionate nature. My son is usually not good with anything that even sounds painful but we had no issues during any of his visits. In fact, even after having a tooth pulled, he still isn't afraid to go back and I think that speaks wonders to Dr.Mann's abilities as a pediatric dentist. My son was very excited to see that they have tv's with tons of kids channels, funny sunglasses, and many cool scents of laughing gas to help make the visit as painless as possible. He didn't even notice when she took his tooth out. Now, only 5 hours later he is totally pain free and as happy as can be.
