This also helped him became a strong player in the BUSC leagues the last 3 years. The success also helped his self confidence and leadership in school and other areas. I would recommend greatly to kids that like to learn soccer and/or Chinese Kungfu, as well as building self-confidence and overall physical health. The soccer coach used to play in Chinese national team which at that time was a top 3 team in the world narrowly lost to US woman's team in the Olympics final penalty shootout. Coach Ding is also a national champion in Kungfu tournament in China, which is super hard to achieve based on the massive population practicing Kungfu and the long history in China. Both of them are very good at teaching and very dedicated, they always demand the best from their students and have a uncanny eye to spot the mistakes and improvements needed. Not like other programs that focus most on playing, coach Chen has a systematic plan to improve overall level of your kids' soccer playing, so usually kids will show a leap of improvement after training with her for a period of time. Our experiences in recreational team was a reflection of what our friends warned us. To be fair, recreational teams are often taught by teenagers, so we didn't have high expectations--but they managed to sink even lower. Here is a breakdown of what happened: -At one point, there was only one coach, Gary, for over 30 kids. This was the only thing they actually apologized for. -They switched the program days from Mon/Wed to Tue/Thu. We signed up a month in advance but were only notified two days before it started.Broken Promises: Saturday games were supposed to be included in the fees. Once we started, we were told they were canceled due to a "waiver issue." There was no formal notice or apology. Most parents only found out because they proactively asked for Saturday's schedule. Meanwhile, they charge competitive teams extra to play on Saturdays. If they remove a promised service, shouldn't they offer a credit? - We had different coaches every week. After about a month, they finally assigned the same college students consistently, which was the only slight improvement we saw. - It's not just about a shirt, but Gary kept promising they'd be ready "next week." The program ended, and we never saw them. We don't need more T-shirts but It's just another example of them cutting corners. As much as we wanted to stay local in Dublin, we've decided to drive further for a better program. This organization lacks basic integrity. Imagine your kids making friends and being stuck paying for high-priced tournaments year after year, knowing the club shamesly cuts corners at every turn. Avoid them at all costs.

When I first stepped into Tutu School Pleasanton I instantly knew my daughter would feel comfortable, safe, and excited! The color scheme of the studio is a warm yet bright pastel, the pretty tutu dresses on the walls make my daughter feel pretty in her own tutu dress, the size of the studio isn't overly open to where my daughter would feel nervous or scared to dance, everything about the design of the studio and shop is so inviting! My daughter will be dancing with tutu school for almost a year now, and not once did any of the teachers disappoint! They are friendly, beautifully unique, and talented!
