Every time I called, I was told I could not be refunded for missed appointments, and they would be added to the end of the year (mind you, the contract was through November already - who needs their lawn mowed in December?!) After six months of this terrible customer service I finally canceled and moved on to another company. If you do business with them, be aware that it is at your own risk.
