Really happy to have found these guys! I had a small leak in my daughter's bedroom ceiling and got…read moresome quotes from local Roofing companies. One place quoted me almost 11 grand and wanted to replace half the roof! Another place "had minimums" and wouldn't take any jobs less than $3500.00! Derek and Danny were able to quickly diagnose the problem and were able to fix the leak for $1600.00. While they were up there they noticed I had a LOT of broken Spanish Tiles and a lot of holes in the Mortar along the Roof line. Derek used 3 buckets of Mortar and sealed every major hole In the Mortar and replaced 19 broken Spanish tiles. Spanish tile roofs are great and can last up to 100 years but only as long as there are no breaches! Every hole in the Mortar and every one of those 19 cracked tiles was a potential leak in the future. They gave me a very fair price for all the work and their bid to completely overhaul the Roof came in on par with what other companies were charging to fix the leak alone. They also do Gutters! The right way! With Solder! I really only asked to have two seams soldered but Danny went around and re-soldered every single seam that was leaking and even patched over a hole in the bottom of one of them. So that's another headache job I can cross off the list. They have many other skills as well including all types of Carpentry and I would trust them to do anything for me that needed doing. Derek and Danny strike me as very honest hard working guys who are trying to build their business by providing quality work for a fair price and by going above and beyond what is expected. As I said.
