When the technician arrived, he recommended upgrading to an EV-specific outlet, explaining it was the better choice. I felt that option should have been discussed during the initial phone calls so I could make an informed decision before the appointment. After I posted my original review, the owner personally came back to my home to make things right. He offered to refund the $100 price difference, but I declined because I didn't feel it was fair after the work had already been completed. Instead, he replaced two breakers that genuinely needed replacement at no charge. I really respect a company that stands behind its work and makes the effort to address a customer's concerns. While I still believe the pricing options should have been explained upfront, I also believe it's important to recognize excellent customer service when a business takes responsibility and follows through.
