I tried to schedule an appointment for my wife's 2018 Audi Q5 after the water pump went out. The…read morefirst available appointment was three and a half weeks out, completely unacceptable for a vehicle that's not drivable. I scheduled it online anyway, but we couldn't wait that long. We ended up taking it to another Audi repair shop in Willow Street (John Claussen), and they had it fixed in just two days! Now, I'm simply trying to cancel my appointment with Autohaus, but no one answers the phone, there's no option to leave a message, and no way to cancel online. Why would I ever consider buying another Audi here if I have to wait over three weeks for service? Very disappointing. Do better, Autohaus!

I visited the area from a different state during the July 4th weekend and even being lightly staffed, took my car. Heard my concerns and not only identified the issue but addressed it! I was fortunate to have found this shop with positive reviews and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop for your auto mechanical needs. They could have taken advantage of a visitor but did not. Instead, they helped me with empathy and integrity. I can only imagine how they help support their community and "everyday" customers. What they charged me was also very respectful and value was worth it all. They saved me and my family during a holiday weekend. I can't say any more positive feedback for this shop. Their inside location was also very spacious and accommodating. Thank you again to Matt & Joel and kudos to the shop owner for the culture development.

After extensively searching high and low both at dealerships and from private sellers, it all came down to a Civic at R.H. Cooper & Son. As for the car, it's the perfect match for what I was looking for. Having the free car fax report for all the cars at R.H. Cooper & Son is clearly something great and rarely seen from other dealers. But the best thing other than the car is that once you visit and talk to the guys at R.H. Cooper & Son and you will no doubt realize they are HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY people who CARE about the customer and go out of the way to do what it takes to make you happy...and sell quality automobiles. (Shout out to Sales Manager Tim! THANKS AGAIN!) R.H. Cooper & Son gets my highest recommendation and I will always look to them first in the future of my car needs.

Nathan would not listen to me and tried to put me in a completely different vehicle. I told him to call me when the vehicle was out of service. I asked questions about the particular vehicle and he did not have the basic knowledge of parts under the hood. He tried to tell me that this vehicle didn't have many versions in AWD, which I knew was false. He assumed since I was a woman that I didn't have adequate knowledge on the vehicle. When I test drove the vehicle, I loved it, but they were not willing to fix something minor on it. I called another shop and was quoted how much it would cost to fix that particular problem. Nathan was not willing to go down on the price, even though there was an issue with the vehicle. He told me he would talk to the service department again and see if they could fix it. I never got a call back or anything. Horrible service, horrible attitude. What a crook!
