Today topped it off when I dealt with Kristen and she told me I had to pay $16 to tab each time I came in for the month of April. Little background, I upgraded to the $44 a month mystic 2.5 months ago, I went a total of 3 times and had an allergic reaction, so I decided to finally change back to the regular bed. So she told me all I could do the last 2 weeks of this month is mystic (mind you I am allergic) & that I would need to pay $16 every time I wanted to tan over the next 2 weeks. Really??? I have been a member here 3 years and this is how I am treated. So I canceled right then and there. She did not even care that I was canceling. Awful awful awful customer service. I would give you zero stars, but I wanted to make sure you didn't think I forgot to score you, so I at least gave you a one. Also, this was at the hwy 150 location, they did not have a yelp location set up so I put this review under the closest location.
