First, can't say enough about the customer service at this location. Staff were really nice and knowledgeable about membership vs pay as you go and the variety of options available including durations, etc. Really made it hard to not sign up on the spot. They have a variety of options from spray to lay down bed's to stand up units. Gave me a tour and answered any questions I had. Gave me a break down of pricing and explained the specials that were going through the month of March (really a good deal). If you've ever considered doing some tanning, just to get a base or for other reasons (never knew all of them until this visit), these guys have a really nice facility and a great staff, I'd recommend checking them out.

The location (as well as the other one I've gone to) is very clean and the rooms are plenty spacious enough when you get inside them. Communication is excellent and they put clean room indicators inside the room to let you know they have taken care of it. My appointment was with Elizabeth. I really enjoyed her and I feel like she explained the process really well and answered my questions. I told her my prior waxing horror stories and she made me feel really comfortable. She was very gentle and my waxing was really quick. I get the LA Brazilian and Liz is always very attentive. I ended up getting a membership and adding services. I am usually out of my appointment in about 15 minutes. The sugaring is far less painful and I do not have any bumps. I never have a long wait and they are also taking proper precautions with COVID-19. They check your temperature and you cannot sit in the lobby. You also have to wear a mask. I highly recommend visiting this location, as they are very friendly and provide stellar service.
