On the day of my appointment, the staff made me feel at ease. They carefully explained the membership options and I wanted to first get through my appointment to see if I would like it. My appointment was with Elizabeth. I really enjoyed her and I feel like she explained the process really well and answered my questions. I told her my prior waxing horror stories and she made me feel really comfortable. She was very gentle and my waxing was really quick. I get the LA Brazilian and Liz is always very attentive. I ended up getting a membership and adding services. I am usually out of my appointment in about 15 minutes. The sugaring is far less painful and I do not have any bumps. I never have a long wait and they are also taking proper precautions with COVID-19. They check your temperature and you cannot sit in the lobby. You also have to wear a mask. I highly recommend visiting this location, as they are very friendly and provide stellar service.

First, can't say enough about the customer service at this location. Staff were really nice and knowledgeable about membership vs pay as you go and the variety of options available including durations, etc. Really made it hard to not sign up on the spot. They have a variety of options from spray to lay down bed's to stand up units. Gave me a tour and answered any questions I had. Gave me a break down of pricing and explained the specials that were going through the month of March (really a good deal). If you've ever considered doing some tanning, just to get a base or for other reasons (never knew all of them until this visit), these guys have a really nice facility and a great staff, I'd recommend checking them out.

Both she and another one of our friends got it done for their wedding and they looked fabulous. I knew I had to book an appointment for my next event! I made a reservation online and it was extremely easy. Studio A is kind of hard to find if you've never been. Definitely look it up online before heading that way with your Google Maps. I got lost! It's nestled in Cahaba Heights across the street from Starbucks and Dairy Queen. You also need to remember to wear dark and loose fitting clothing. It's a small salon but is tidy and cute! There's pictures of Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe everywhere. Everyone I came in contact with there was very nice. When I got my airbrush tan done, you could tell they took their time with extreme precision. They assessed my body and where to spray - whether it be more or less. I think my whole session was about 10-15 minutes. It was dry nearly immediately. They even walked me to the front door, as it was raining earlier on in the day, to make sure my feet and legs wouldn't get wet. The tan was dark, but not over powering.
