It's really very nice. It was on 'sale', too. Complimentary monogram. I chose gunmetal to match the hardware. A dust bag comes with it. There is a metal plate on the inside with a number by which to register your bag. Also, a phone number is there for anyone to call should they find your bag and want to return it to you. I told the clerk that's a nice idea, but I don't see that happening. It was a great experience and I feel so good. I will treat it with a leather conditioner before I use it. Had a cracked wheel on my Samsung suitcase. They do Samsung warranty work here. You can complete the warranty papers online with Samsung for free or they can do it for you for a fee I believe.

Picked them up and noticed the dye from the soles had been smeared onto the linen fabric on both boots . I didn't feel comfortable trying to remove shoe dye from linen fabric so I took them to the Bitters location which is where they worked on them. The gentlemen who looked at them and took them to the back said they would clean them as a "courtesy" and that i can pick them up in 8 more days. No apology or im sorry for the mistake or the inconvenience of taking them to their other location. When I questioned that it was a "courtesy" and asked if i should be responsible for their mistake...their was no response and he just proceeded to hand me a ticket. I asked if he would like to see pics of the boots that i took while at the shop before they worked on them, he said "no I believe you". The discoloration on the worked on boots was obvious so i guess pics were not necessary. I have no problem if mistakes or sloppy work has been done as long as they do what they can to make things right. Instead, I was made to feel as if I was annoying them with something that I did to the boots and that they were doing me a favor by cleaning up their sloppy work. Ill be picking the boots up in 8 days and will follow up with pics.
