As soon as I walked in, I was honestly overwhelmed by how many suits they had. I walked around for a bit trying to find someone to help me, but either the associates were busy with other customers or didn't acknowledge me. Eventually, I approached one associate, and after explaining what I was looking for, he was very helpful. He found my size, the color I wanted, and was informative throughout the process. I was also happy to find out they had a special. It was actually cheaper to buy the full suit than just the jacket alone. So I ended up getting a full suit for the price I originally planned to spend on just a jacket. The issue came with alterations. Since they offer tailoring services, I asked the associate to have the suit tailored to a slim fit. He told me the jacket was fine as is, and that only the pants needed hemming. I trusted his judgment since I'm not too familiar with how suits are supposed to fit. A week later, I picked up the suit, and I wasn't thrilled with how it looked. After trying it on again, I noticed the jacket felt too big. A different associate helped me this time and agreed it needed further tailoring. I had to pay an additional $56 to get it adjusted properly. Overall, K&G is a great place to find a suit at an affordable price, but be cautious with tailoring. Don't be afraid to speak up or ask for a second opinion to make sure you're getting the fit you really want.

Very friendly people, but improper tailoring practices (per my new tailor)…read more When taking in slacks and skirts, they did not measure to make it even, which can be seen from the distance between back pockets and center seam. I took them to a different seamstress and she measured them to be off by a third an inch, and explained to me that it appeared the fabric was taken in from one side versus both sides. This causes the back of the slacks to look pinched at the center seam, like the fitness influencer butt scrunch shorts. They also forgot to add the back belt loops back on. My new tailor is trying to fix them, but she told me that ATG did not leave any fabric to let them back out and is recommending I throw out these pants altogether. I think these women are very nice and were friendly, and that's why I am giving 2-stars. But I paid around $800 to get several skirts, slacks, and jackets taken in. For the price, I wish they had been more detail oriented with measuring out exact lengths, and I wish they'd left some fabric for future alterations (which I have been told is typical practice).

With multiple locations, we were able to get sized when and where it was convenient to us and return to any location, which is huge plus to us since it will need to be returned in another city. I had no idea how much it was to rent a tux and it' s pricey. I was basing the price from the quinceañera which I didn't think was that bad, don't know if they got bulk discount or because it was over 2 years ago but the price on the most recent tux(basic black nothing fancy, black tie and matte black shoes) was at least twice as much, if not more.

Completely unsatisfied. I paid over $100 to have a uniform skirt taken in and hemmed, and after…read morewearing it once (two weeks later), the hem completely unraveled after the first wash. When I called, I was told their policy only allows corrections within one week no exceptions. I explained this was my first time wearing it since the alteration, but that didn't matter. Instead, I was told "if a hem is cut, it will unravel," which doesn't apply here because I never altered or cut anything myself. This isn't a timing issue, it's a quality issue. A properly done hem should not fall apart after one wear. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to make this right, especially for a new customer, is disappointing. I understand policies exist, but when workmanship clearly falls below standard, there should be some level of reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, that wasn't offered here.

It was a bit on the expensive side. When I dropped off the clothes, I told them I'd never been there before, so they gave me a coupon book to welcome me. I left my coupon book at home when it came time to check out, so I ended up paying full price. The inside looks clean, and they've got a belt system to spin around all the clothes to get yours. The clothes don't seem to be getting laundered at this location. Be sure to check out the model airplane wing atop the conveyor. I like that they have a covered parking area!
