I've taken two sets of jeans for hemming so far. He charges $12 a pair. Not as bad as some other tailors. He's done in a week. That's not bad, either. Another plus is that he is 2 miles or so away from us. Very convenient. The quality of the work is quite good. I needed some new slacks fixed. The zipper on the side had busted (because I'm wide hipped) and I wanted a stronger zipper put on. The slacks were bright pink and the tailor did mention that he would try to get the zipper color as close as possible but it could be a little different. I honestly didn't care, I just wanted my pants to stay on and be secure. Well the sewing was impeccable when I picked them up, the color was a little different but not much...but the only downside for me was the zipper put on was a plastic type zipper. When I mention "a more heavy duty" zipper I meant metal. Lol!!! I don't care about aesthetics. The zipper stayed for quite awhile until it also got messed up too. I would definitely recommend this tailor! Just be specific when requesting what you want. I also wish they had more convenient hours...it took me and my husband two weeks to get the pants because we both work day jobs and those are the hours the business is open. read more

First impression was relief because tge gentleman who attended to me was dressed in sleek slacks and a nice button down shirt and dress shoes.. for the service provided is a very good first impression. They shortened sleeves, trimmed the sides, made recommendations and hemmed pants. The sleeves looked beautiful as if there was no alteration. Do not use this Taylor. I purchased a new Gucci suit which required the arms being shortened. Instead of taking the arm off and shortening from the top of the sleeve, they cut the bottom off the sleeve and ruined the tailoring the the lower arms. Also they cut the arms too short. It has now cost me $150 to repair however due the Taylor cutting the end off the sleeve the suit cut is ruined. dO NOt USE THIS TAYLOR unless you want a poor job. read more

This tailor shop is by far the best I've ever been to. I was really skeptical on where to take my pants because I just moved to the city and did not know about this place but I took my chances, I needed A LOT of work done on two trousers and both of them fit me PERFECTLY after getting them tailored.
