These guys are awesome. I bought a suitcase overseas, and thanks to the airline one wheel was totally destroyed. Although it was an excellent suitcase, it wasn't a brand sold or serviced in the US. I googled luggage repair everywhere with no luck. As I was going to Miami on business, I gave them a call and then dropped my suitcase off hoping they might be able to fix it because I really liked the suitcase. They said they might be able to put something together, but it might be uneven. I said go for it. Within 4 hours, they called me saying they fixed it. Good as new, and not uneven at all. I definitely got the feeling if these guys can't fix it, it's not fixable. They also have a good selection of quality luggage and I ended up buying a small roller bag. read more

Terrific vendor. My motorcycle seat had a small hole created by a silly mouse. It was fixed while my wife and I had a delicious lunch next door. When it was fixed, the owner came to the restaurant to tell us it was done! What a friendly gesture. We went back to pick up the seat and purchased 3 pieces of luggage which were much less expensive than those in department stores. This business deserves your business. I wish I could give it 10 stars and not just 5. I plan to take my 1st brief case (40 years old) in so it can be repaired next week. I needed to get my briefcase fixed asap and Bagmaster's was there located in the heart of Aventura and VERY easy to find! They did an AMAZING job and the pricing was VERY affordable! I am so far a one-time customer and my experience was absolutely excellent. I needed emergency last-minute luggage repair (was about to travel out of the country the following day) and when I arrived the store was about to close. Traveled to Aventura for a little golf and relaxation. Airlines broke the zipper on my travel golf bag.
