Crispy yet fluffy and doughy. The creme cheese was rich and flavourful. The mocha was perfect. I ended up having breakfast there every day that week. If you're ever in Castlegar and need a coffee and a snack. Stop in at Bagels and Brew. You won't be disappointed.

The Only is supposed to specialise in bagels, but the selection and presentation were poor. The bagels looked more like Russian bublicks, which are larger than North American bagels and are often oblong. I did not even want to spend $1.50 on one of these bland looking creations, and I think this was a good call after watching the one other customer eating a cheddar bagel. He looked unimpressed, and kind of disturbed. He kept looking at it and poking it, as though contemplating whether it was worth the caloric intake.
