I don't want to forget to review this so I'll do it now and be brief. After ordering twenty dollars worth of food and drinks I asked for a cup of ice which I was perfectly willing to pay for. The woman at the counter whispered to a middle aged man with his back to me whom appeared to be running things, he whispered something back, she nervously turned back to me and told me no. I said "ok. Oh you know what, I need a coffee too, do you have coffee?" She nodded yes. "Do you have iced coffee?" She nodded yes. "Do you have ice for the iced coffee?" Sheepishly she nodded. I told them to forget it and that I'd go to the bagel place down the road. I wasn't rude to her and I know she was just following his decision but as far as I'm concerned there are just certain things that are so unacceptable that I'm willing to just forget about a place if those lines are crossed. To be honest even before the ice incident this place just FELT like it was run by a cruel petty tyrant. There's a weird barrier between you and the counter, like a hastily put together covid thing that somehow survived three years. Regardless, if you won't give me ice I'll just go elsewhere. read more

I love their bagels. They're a bit on the large size, I'm a pig... they toast them perfectly... and it's just the right amount of cream cheese (for me at least). Many places put too little CC. And they now have BACON CREAM CHEESE! OINK OINK Usually I get the lox spread or vegetable CC. The service is good. Most of the time is waiting for the bagel to toast. There is a good variety of bagels here too. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a bit annoying when it's busy. I love this bagel shop! The bagels are so fluffy and delicious, and the cream cheese and other ingredients are always fresh and tasty. The staff is very nice, and I have never had a bad experience here. Today I ordered an everything bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese, and it was so good that I ate most of it before I remembered to take a picture. I will not go anywhere else for bagels. The bagels are consistently great...whenever I need to bring something to work... they always ask... please bring bagels from your place. The only downside, I guess, is that it's cash only, and the parking is so steep I feel like my car is going to roll down into the middle of the street and cause an accident. Very disappointed this morning. Valentines Day morning at 800 am and no specialty bagels. Typically they always have them on the holidays but today was a no go. So I asked the guy what's the freshest bagel? He says "they're all fresh". Obviously he didn't understand the question because I'm looking for a hot bagel. I order a everything whole wheat and plain bagel. Unfortunately the disappointment continues as they were both cold!!!! On top of that the everything bagel lacked everything topping. I decided to add my Trader Joe's everything seasoning to make up for Bagel Loop failures. Eating the bagel may have been the worst part of this Bagel Loop experience as the bagel was tough and made my jaw hurt! Bagel Loop has gone down hill unfortunately. When there's so many other options with Goldbergs and Pompton Bagels near by, I'll be sending my money elsewhere read more

Wait 20 minutes for a bagel for them to say it's a cash only place. What a waste id. Don't know how to reply to the owner: "to bad I didn't see the sign ?" To bad your to cheap to pay a .30 credit card fee and make it easier for your customers to purchase their breakfast. P.S. Try using real bacon next time not microwave it for 10 seconds before slapping it in a sandwich. read more

Welp..it's been awhile yelp! Long overdue review, this place is awesome! They have big doughy soft plump bagels which I love. Nice selection as well, always appreciate a whole wheat option! One of the biggest reasons I love this place so much that no other place in the area has is that they have AVOCADOS!! Huge plus if your like me and like to add avocados to everything. Avocado breakfast sandwiches are my jam so I'm all about this place! Another big reason I love this place is because they actually make a great egg on the breakfast sandwiches. So refreshing to have a solid egg that's actually cooked right! Most other places overly fry up your egg and you get an anemic sliver of burnt egg crust on your sandwich.. not this place! Solid eggs, avocado and bagels.. what could be better?! Ok there's some negatives I suppose but nothing to do with the food. For one, parking is a nightmare! Lot is very small and you really have to watch backing up because it's so close to the entrance where cars just speed in. Also it's cash only but there is an atm onsite. If your willing to look past the crappy parking and cash only, this place is amazing! For me, bagel loops is superior to any other bagel places in the area by far! read more

To me, these are the best bagels around. The perfect balance of fluffy, but dense and moist. They are quick and efficient, but also really friendly. There is plenty of parking and the location is good. The space inside is big so you never have to wait outside like other places. read more

Great value. Breakfast sandwiches are made to order. They're quite fast about it. Bagels are usually super fresh and the ingredients used in sandwiches seem very fresh. Remember to bring cash otherwise you'll have to use their on site ATM machine. Not much parking and no dining area. Bagel Oops! One visit (that was enough) and they did pretty much everything wrong: 1. Toasted my bagel w/o asking me (fresh bagels never need to be toasted...that's for places like Dunkin' Donuts) 2. Put the wrong cream cheese on my bagel 3. Insisted that it was my mistake, wouldn't change it, and then tried to overcharge me 4. Who would have thought a hole in the wall bagel place would have such delish food. I went to the dentist (not exactly the right time for a bagel) and when the Novocaine wore off I experienced one of the best turkey, Swiss sandwiches on a heavenly bagel. They don't have everything in the front but they have other flavors of cream cheese and cold cuts which if you ask they will get you. Nice people...GREAT bagels. I can't wait until my next dentist visit and the Novocaine wears off for another truly wonderful sandwich. read more

THE BAGELS HERE ARE SOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD ........ If you go in the morning they're still warm & omgggg you dont even NEED butta or cream cheese !!!!! I mean I use it anyway ... after I eat one plain though, obviously. The service here is fast & they're friendly. Place is really run down on the inside, wouldn't bother me too much but the servers were grumpy and they are running the classic "sorry cash only, but we happen to have an overpriced ATM in the corner" scam. If you're going through all of the trouble to get a huge ATM installed, why not just get a credit card machine and get out of the 90's? Bagel was average but there's plenty of average bagels around, so no reason to come back. read more
