My experience with catering was wonderful. The owner is very nice and really cares to make you happy. We obviously catered bagels, lox, whitefish, etc, but also got pastas and salads, as well as pastries and fruits. The presentation was lovely, the price was great, and the service was amazing. 10/10 I will cater from here again. Well done!

Only after my telling him again to put them in a box did he do it making himself like I am the one that is crazy. I walked out paying $25.00 for a plain slice of pizza, a small regular fries, and a can of seltzer. I find the prices to be outrageous and the service to be bad. The boss was standing next to the Spanish guy and didnt even look to see what was happening. Mind you, I spoke to him in perfect Spanish (I am a latina jew) but it was aparent that it was not a language barrier. I shall not go back there. The boss would do go to read this review and check on his workers. And maybe give good and enough food for the prices he charges.

The bagels are heavy, very heavy. The muffins were quite aged, not fresh at all. My salmon lox sandwich, I asked for schmear & they put a whole regular amount of cream cheese. The salmon was very little. I highly regret the amount that I ordered there for family and frankly today the next day my stomach is quite in a tizzy.

Advertised as hand rolled and fresh - I believe them There aren't many bagel shops in Elmont, so I really appreciate that this one, probably the only one on Dutch Broadway, is above average. A Ham Egg & Cheese on a roll came was $4 with free coffee (I think the coffee is free before 11am). BTW, they have Black Diamond Coffee, which is one of my favorites. A few delis and diners on Long Island carry this drip brand and it is so addicting and smooth. I always get a refill when I can. It can be somewhat packed in the morning, but they're solid.

So there we were stuck in the baggage area of JFK until the next flight came with our bags(about 4 hours). We asked around about a place to lay down or grab a bite and one lady that worked there said "try the place upstairs in that little elevator." it seemed like an odd thing to say, and it sorta was, but we squeezed in this small elevator to see what was upstairs. We exited the elevator to this amazing place that seemed surreal. there was a long white tube walkway that was brightly lit. It brought us to... the TWA terminal! it was AMAZING! It was redesigned to look just like a 1950's terminal but with a little panache to it as well. It really is hard to describe how beautiful it all was. As our sleep deprived trio wandered about we made it to the food hall that had the bagels and muffins. The food looked so good, and was. But again we had almost no sleep so we were biased. We were able to get a little sleep too so the place seemed amazing. To think, if we hadn't missed our bags, we may have never discovered this incredible spot that turned out the most interesting part of the trip!
